Neither likely nor unlikely

A lot of my responses are going to be based on the fact that the project, whenever they finished, they left the brick capping that they had to put around the windows, all dented. It looked horrible. I had to send them pictures of it, and they did have someone come out the same week and fix it, and it is still a little wavy. I actually just called them, about 30 minutes ago, and they are closed today. So, I wasn't able to talk with anybody. They did have to come fix it, and now the lock on the sliding glass door for the installation doesn't work. So, a little frustrated, but they have so far rectified everything for the most part. They haven't gotten it, and obviously, I haven't been able to talk to them about the lock that is broken or anything like that.

Too much time on the initial meeting. 5 hours for us.
When the payment came around they need to find ways for people to pay without having to provide bank details; maybe wireless transfers?

Work was done on time and very professional.

The lack of a full work crew to start, and finish the siding job was disappointing to say the least. One person worked on the project for all but one of the 7 or 8 days that it took, and he even worked in between the intermittent rain. The lack of communication to us, to let know what was going on as to no one being there on the first day, and through the project. Apparently the scheduling crew, and work crew weren't on the same page.

The communication

From start to finish, this did not feel like an imposition. Polite, professional individuals from sale to install.

They were very professional. I was not at home when they did the job. When I came back it looked like everything was good. We have not got the inspection done yet to make sure eveything is okay. I noticed some minor things and something that looked like it was not complete. The project manager said to take pictures and send them to him. He has not got back in touch with me.

I had the trim board wood that goes around the eaves done, and there were some areas where it was very rotten. They were supposed to cut those out, and it was charged to my bill, but I watched them, and they covered over it and did not replace it. Then they didn't put the nails in properly. It was overlapping 15 inches, and I said you can't do that on a corner. I was upset with that. I was told there would be more air vents going around in the attic, but they left the air vents the way they were. I did the attic because the air vents would make it cooler. The person sold it to me, but it didn't happen. All the outdoor lights had the bulbs broken, and the sockets were still hanging, and it wasn't like that when they were taken down. That was my big thing, and I was upset.

So far, my husband and I are pleased, very pleased. They were neat, their workmanship was good, I would say great, and communication-wise, when we had to communicate, there was always a response and addressed. The work, to be honest with you, I am impressed. With the siding, the gutters, and the trimming, everything, the workers are very picky. All of them are very particular. They even stayed late to make sure that the work was done right. They were also approachable. To be honest with you, I am thankful and blessed that we met them. It was just something that we were at for one of our son's activities in Annapolis, my husband just happened to drop by, and we asked for an estimate, but we ended up committing to the project. They were very helpful, and the workmanship of the workers was very hardworking. They make sure that they stick to the policies, which I was thankful for. Safety-wise, they were good at it. I would definitely recommend them to my friends. Price-wise, it was fine for me because I would rather pay for exactly what is done, and not for them to make shortcuts, and the work is not done right. Everybody was helpful, from William, Joey, Mike, and whoever we communicated with at the company. They did not give us a hard time with our loan. Patrick was also very helpful. Coming from my husband and me, we are grateful, blessed, and thankful. I know that you cannot always please everybody, but it depends on how they react to things in life. For us, we are very grateful. We thank you to all of you who made our project possible. We never thought we would be able to have our house siding and roofing done. We were just talking about it, and they even helped us with our garage. We wanted something more, and based on their explanation, they were very empathetic with us. I am accepting of what they explained to us because coming from both sides, I can understand where they were coming from, where I would be, and where we were coming from. Overall, we are pleased that the work was done right. I think we are the only house in the neighborhood that has this kind of siding. We have not seen it yet, so far. The roofing, I like the way that they installed it. Everything went fine, even perfect. Hopefully, we can do the rest of the project some other time. The siding, gutters, and trimming that we had done, we are pleased, very pleased. Thank you very much to all of you, and I put empathy on the workers, all of them, because they did their best.
