They have very professional crews and are absolutely detail-oriented.
They were friendly and very professional.
I really loved the job they did at my house.
The sales rep came to my house and discussed having my attic insulated. We went through the process of finance, I was approved at %10.9 and had first payment scheduled for Aug 1. We scheduled my contract for later in the week. As the day came up, the finance company said I could not carry the finance because I wasn’t on the deed and had to be carried by my other half would have to apply for the finance which knocked us off the %10.9 to %18 and first payment would be July 20th, this after we already agreed to have the contract done. The contractor came to
do the e-sphere and R19 and was told to only do the e-sphere from his end. We waited a couple more days for him to return to finally finish.
They didn't finish the job, and they avoided fixing their mistakes.
Yes I would recommend but the reason I did not give this five stars is that I had received lower estimates but work could not be done in my timeframe. Thanks
The job was well done and we were kept up to date on all aspects of the plan.
The associates were professional and ensured that you understand their process and expectations. They were opened for relevant questions on the task and service they were to provide.
Power Home was just really professional, and they did a fantastic job, so I really enjoyed their work. Everyone was also really friendly.
Everything was fine with me.
I did not care for the fact that the first time, I had waited three hours, within the time limit they said they would be there. The second time, it was an hour and a half.
Detailed explanations, life time warranty.
First class organization, from initial encounter, to rectifying small mistake.
Their customer service really lacks. I called them the day before installation, just for them to tell me that my windows never showed up to the warehouse. They gave me no heads up until I called. Then, they came out to do everything in one installation, the doors and the windows, and my sliding glass never showed up. The door showed up, my back door showed up, but was wrong for my entry door. Then, one of the windows that was supposed to be obscured, never came obscured. They still haven't fixed that, but I really just don't want to deal with them anymore. Also, one f the door handles on the doors, didn't even work.
They are very professional, helpful, and understanding.
I have used them several times now and I find them to be honest, trustworthy, and they clean up. I don't really have any complaints about them at all.
They did a very good job.
I am satisfied with the work and everything that they did.
A few disappointments with the crew.
Getting the windows completely installed correctly was a nightmare and not something Id suggest people I love to go through. The Sales and Quality team are on one page and the installation team is on a completely different one. We were promised that the installation teams always leave every home and area better than they found it. We wouldn't have to worry about cleaning anything up or cleaning anything after they left. We live on a farm with animals and I was worried about what would be left around for us and our animals to step on. Although, I do feel like the second installation (Franks team) team did the best they could, the first installation team was such a nightmare they made this job impossible to hit the expectaions that were set for us. They didn't even know how to install the windows properly, constantly coming in and asking our son-in-law, Ethan, who use to install windows, if they were doing it right. The first installation team was so careless with our home and our property we now have to get quotes for part of our brand new roof that they ruined fixed, shutters they broke replaced, and I feel like we will forever be picking up nails, tin snips, and glass, that they just threw everywhere, inside and outside our home, along with trying to clean up sloppy crappy caulking jobs. The installation leader, Shawn, did come back several times and clean up, wash windows, and do what he could. We dont feel like there is clean communication and expections set within the company. The Quailty guy was also appalled at the job we were left with after the first team left. But he also promised Franks team would be able to come in and look over every window and make sure it was fixed and done correctly, we wouldnt have to babysit the job anymore. That didnt seem to be the case since we still had to go over several more times, with Shawn, what needed to be fixed and cleaned up. The entire time we are pressured to sign papers, with a promise they will fix it all and even if it isn't done correctly we have a lifetime warranty. In order to even get Franks team in our house to fix things we had to sign a paper that the first team had done a good job, cleaned up their mess, and laid plastic under every window they worked on, inside and out and that wasn't the case. But to get the windows done correctly we had to say they did? Seems pretty crappy to me. WE had to constantly walk through and point out what wasn't done well. Thank God our son in law was available and willing to help and he is familiar with this brand of windows. These are large investments to put into homes and Im just appalled at how much time it took away from Mike and Ethan because they had to point out mistakes or carelessness and overall babysit.
Great process from start to finish
They provided great work, professionalism, and communication.
The workers who were sent did a good job. The communication was the worst part. I was unable to communicate with any of the workers except one. His communication was only about 40%. The job was supposed to be completed in one day, but it stretched into four days. Part of that was due to one of the representatives who came to drop off materials. I told him there were five workers at first, then it went down to two workers. He asked about the missing ones, and I told him I had no idea where they were. The job ended up with only two workers. They cleaned up after themselves. The communication was my biggest problem. They were respectful, and from what I could see, they worked hard.
I think the price is a little high.
Power Home Remodeling is a good company. The only issue is that they take a long time to communicate. We did like the product.
I was not happy with the process of getting my roof done.
