I totally understand that delays are a possibility with all construction, but over all I think communication of the delays, and updates related to the delays could have been managed better. On a couple of occasions I was alerted via text messages, which didn’t afford me the opportunity to ask questions.

Sales pitch wasn't pushy. Sales person, Maggie, was knowledgeable and arrived on time. The sales presentation took much longer than I had anticipated almost 4 hours. Install date was moved sooner than quoted which was great. Crew was on time. Left no mess behind. Done in 1 day. A few paint scuffs to window sills.
