ETA information was complicated and not helpful or precise.

My entire experience, from beginning to next steps has been nothing short of amazing, from the door-to-door reps, Johnny and George, that randomly stopped by while in the neighborhood, to John, the remodeling consultant, to the quality manager, Joshua, that came by after the work was done. I have had a great experience thus far. There were some challenges, but the team responded quickly and fixed what was wrong with such care and compassion, I decided to have additional work done in a few weeks. In fact, I've also asked about their presence in another state, because I would love to recommend them to some family members who need new windows as well.

It was not well explained what the experience would be on demo/install day. We have several scratches on window sills from install day that are a result of the install demo team

I would recommend im content with the job done so far.

People are friendly and hard working. But power did get knocked out in one room. Door was hung incorrectly. And sliding door is already not matching after a week and a half of use (was on vacation for a while)

Whole process was well explained and completed.

Power Home Remodeling was super professional, very efficient, and very respectful.

My experience was awesome. Power was in and out quickly. I love the outcome of the project. The windows are nice. I like the way the windows open, it's something new that I've never had before. I also like that they are thicker than my last ones. I can tell the difference because the house is cooler. The crew cleaned up after the project. Everything was fantastic.

I am very happy with the windows installed, and I'm looking forward to installing more!

The salesman was extremely helpful, even though I had another quote. He wanted me to ask questions to the other company. He gave me a list of questions to ask the other company, as well as Power's answers to those questions. I asked the other companies' salesperson 2 questions and stopped because I didn't like their answers. That made me choose Power. They were in and out in a day, cleaned up, and the windows look great. I am very happy.

They showed up when they said they would and they did the job like I would like

Power was very reliable with the timing. They got in and did what they said in the timeframe they said. It was really good. I didn't think they could put in 20 windows in a day.

The whole thing was good, and I am very, very pleased. My neighbors actually love the door and think it's really pretty. I've had a lot of comments on it.

The labor installation, for the most part, was great. Power wanted to install the windows faster than we were ready, and they worked with us, which was good.
