Actually I did mention it to my neighbor
We took advantage of the "sign now" discount and we're so happy we did. Power met and exceeded all of our expectations, allieving our trepidations at every step. Quality product from a quality company.
While the service and installation went smoothly, I believe that Power's sales tactics are predatory.
The professionalism, respect of property , effieency, the clean up and just the all around politeness.
Have already recommended Power Home Remodeling to 2 of my friends who are homeowners. They had Power Home Remodeling, do a roof and window replacements.
The crew that did the work was efficient and quiet and I would gladly invite them to do more repairs. It would have been better if they communicated more, i.e. introduce themselves, let us know if we needed to anything, etc.
We were fully satisfied with every aspect of Power, from their initial presentation of their product to the completion of their product to their follow-up to make sure we were satisfied with the product. They were tremendous. We were very happy with what they did.
It's a crooked company. They lie to get you to spend your money.
I would have given 5 stars if bay window had been finished correctly. I’m sorry I didn’t contact company to correct, but because of my schedule I didn’t have time.
Find a better way to interact with customers before installation. As a first time buyer of windows never in my wildest dreams would I expect someone to sit in my home for 5 hours to measure windows, give consultation, sell the value of the windows, and close the deal. It was just a little too much.
The sales opportunity could be better. Having little to no information about the length of the consultation and the decide now or else verbiage can be improved.
I was terribly disappointed in the quality of some of the materials used in this project.
Punctual. Worked clean.
Crew did not leave the house as it was. We found debris that we had to clean up.
I like that the crew was on time , completed the work, and I hope that they applied everything that we have to pay for.
Not pushy seemed like they really cared about what you could do not just what they wanted to sell
Power Home exceeding our expectations. They were on top of it from the time we made the decision all the way to completion. They were timely and respectful. Very friendly and professional personnel. I would chose this company again.
Yes I would recommend them to a friend cause I'm was happy with the service and workmanship and efficiency of the work being done and the finished products look great
Great product, great people. Willing to work with us. A few small issues. First is just the pricing. Feels a little esoteric. My front 4 windows cost more than my back 5. Second is that I really wish we had had one singular point of contact from start to finish that was responsible for our experience. There was a different person to talk to at every single step of the process, and it seemed like none of them actually spoke to each other. Third is that one of the windows was installed with a small amount of damage that will need to be fixed. Other than those things, very happy with the experience overall.
They did excellent work but it took longer than they told me in the beginning. They said they were coming one day and they did not show up. It was in part due to weather and not having the staff.
Good quality work backed with warranty. Power is good about checking up and doing maintenance on previous work.
All phases of the project were well explained, Documented and preformed with high quality.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Power Home Remodeling. Our window installation was scheduled for June 25 between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. No one showed up, and we never received a phone call or text letting us know there was a delay or issue. Instead, I had to call customer service myself just to find out what was going on. To make matters worse, I actually received a call from Power asking how our installation went and if we were happy with it. I had to tell them that no one had even shown up to install our windows. That alone shows a serious lack of communication within the company. When I finally reached someone, I was told they couldn't get ahold of the installation crew either. After calling customer service again, I didn't hear anything until around 5:00 PM, when someone finally called to say they were trying to find another time to fit us into the schedule. They were unable to accommodate the mistake they made, and we had to wait until the following day just to get another installation date. The installation was eventually completed on Saturday. Unfortunately, the problems didn't end there. The installation crew left long screws scattered around the inside of our home. We have two small boys, so this was a serious safety concern. We were told the crew performs a thorough walkthrough to ensure nothing is left behind, but that clearly did not happen. The caulking around the windows is also below expectations, with sloppy workmanship in several areas. On top of that, the crew cracked part of our wall and simply caulked over the damage without mentioning it to us. What makes this even more disappointing is what happened before the installation. When we purchased our windows and gutters, we were repeatedly told what a great deal we were getting. We genuinely liked our sales representative and trusted the information we were given. Before the installation, an inspector came out to verify the measurements and informed us that the original window configuration wasn't the best option for our home. We had been told that double-hung windows were the least expensive choice, but that wasn't actually the case for our home. The inspector changed the order, reducing our total by **$5,000**. While we appreciated the correction, it was frustrating to learn that the original recommendation and pricing were not the best fit from the start. We were also told we needed 6-inch gutters, only to later find out we didn't. We ended up paying more for something that wasn't necessary, which further damaged our trust in the process. After everything—the misleading recommendations, the missed installation, the complete lack of communication, the delayed scheduling, the poor cleanup, the subpar workmanship —Power Home Remodeling did absolutely nothing to acknowledge or make up for our experience. We expected professionalism, honesty, and accountability from a company with such a strong reputation. Instead, we were left feeling frustrated and disappointed.
The roof was redone and now the chimney needs work as the job looks unfinished.
Professional staff. Great work. A QA person came to check the work to make sure it was done right.
