The quality and features of the windows and sliding doors.

The works were done very professionally and no flaws. The way how the representative pushes to market the products are very frightening us as telling us SO much problems with the house. A lot of the works don't needed to be done immediately, but they tend to sound like a very big problem if we waited. Also the way how they always just waits there for an immediate answer is also very unpleasant, as we the customers needed time to think it through, but they always just makes you feel so awkward that you MUST give the answer right away.

They did a nice job. The cleanup was great!. I've never seen anybody work so hard to get the windows clean. They worked hard and didn't take an hour to eat. They were always busy and did a good job. I was satisfied.

Professional, Quality work

The windows they installed are high quality and they fully explained and demonstrated all the features.

The company put pressure on us to make a decision on the day they came out. I would've rated higher because the salesman was awesome. I think his name was Keenan. He was great. Richard came out afterwards and was awesome. It's only because of the way they put pressure on homeowners to make a final decision on whether or not they will go with the installation.

They used a lot of white caulking on our wood colored floor and it is everywhere. It is not a good look. They put white caulking and filler strip, and it is going to get super dirty. They bent my outdoor screen, and the salesman guaranteed the new screen would fit. They left my windows extremely dirty. The inspector came by and said he would make everything right.

Professional, quick workers, cleaned up worksite

I really felt like they came in and were here before 8:30, and they were done before 4:30 and cleaned up their mess, and everything was great. They were supposed to be there between 8 and 10, and they were in front of my house before 8:00 and started working immediately. They put up the sign on the front of my house that said no food or drinks in my house, and laid mats down in front of my house, and after they vacuumed and cleaned up the mess. They cleaned up everything in the yard as well.

I called Brandon because I had some questions about the windows. That was a few days ago, and I haven't received a call back.
