The people from Power do their jobs on time and do good work. They make sure the work was done well.

Workers no problem, customer services from the Chicago office poor, lack of communication, no follow up, delay in service, the list goes on.

I am not satisfied with communications or end result of the work post completion.

They were punctual and worked nonstop while it started raining for a bit. They didn't complain.

5 stars for the actual products, 5 stars for the price, 5 stars for the efficient, communicative installers. 1 star for the relentless, extremely aggressive, actively disrespectful sales tactics, Every time a salesman or the inspector was present, it was deeply unpleasant and pushed me to not want to otherwise do business with you despite the tremendously helpful work and the affordable price. I actually actively decided not to use Power for more work because I didn’t have time to waste, being disrespected in my own home. But I’m glad we decided to get the windows fixed, because every other part of it has been wonderful, even if I come away with an overall negative opinion of your business practices, which is a shame because the work is excellent and should be allowed to stand on its own.

Crew was excellent: on time, courteous, and without a doubt excellent craftsmen. Arrived at 8am and were completed be 3pm. 17 windows installed in 7 hours that included prep, lunch and cleanup.

The additional cost, less than satisfactory cleanup, and evidently poor communication will not allow me to give a higher rating. All three of these are explained in the comments below.
