The men who did the actual job at my house were wonderful. There were only 2 and they worked for 12 hours! Very nice, courteous and professional. The backbone to the company. The high pressure tactics was terrible. Salesman and "foreman" while very nice were relentless. They kept at me trying to wear me down. Each one at home home for 2 hours!!! Never want anyone to feel that kind of pressure!!

We didn't have any negative experiences with anyone involved with our projects. We were extremley satisified with all aspects - from sales pitch to completion of the projects. Thank you.

New windows make such a difference to the curb appeal of our home. Service was done promptly based on our schedule and what worked for us. Everyone involved was very kind while also being informative and trying to find out what best suited our needs. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Too expensive

The reason is that we have done business with them before. And have seen their good quality work and craftmenship. We would do again if we needed.

Still waiting on my screens. 2 did not fit and was told they would be replaced.

The service was extremely exceptional. The salesmen, to quality control to the techs who installed everything. They were informative, polite and quick. However not so quick as to skimp on the quality of the work they provided.

The installer Tom was very pleasant, respectful and quite efficient. He also did a stellar job in cleaning up the inside and outside of the house AND wiping any smudges off the windows.

The quality of the product (door) is good, and the installation was done well and quickly.

Shian was a great salesperson very relatable. Listens to the customer and hears what they are saying. I enjoyed her. She is an asset to your company

Great experience

I wasn't as pleased with the installation crew this time as we were with Angel's crew the time before. They seemed to be in a rush to get to another job site. They didn't even clean the window and left smears from the foam when they left

They worked with me on a price I could afford.

We had 13 windows replaced, and Cristian (sp?) and his crew did an outstanding job. My father, who finds flaws in everything, had zero negative comments. All positive!

They did a really great job on our windows! The crew was awesome and very respectful of our home and the result is just beautiful!

Kind, courteous and on time

I was satisfied with the window installation and the roof work. When it came to the door installation I found it was not as rewarding as I had hoped. I had discussed my storm door needs several times with different installers. The first crew simply told me that the next crew would explain the requirements to me. Since the first crew had installed the Wong door, I was forced to wait 3 wee
ks for the new door. The new door finally arrived and was installed. I spoke to the crew leader about my storm door. He said it would no longer fit but did not measure the storm door or bring it to the doorway to either show me or explain why it would not fit. He made no effort. To even give me an alternative solution. Also I was never advised as to a possible cost reduction, due to the wrong door being sent in the first place.

Initial sales presentation was thorough and impressive. Final cost much less than anticipated. Originally intended to replace only four windows but ended up doing the whole house.They did offer a very reasonable financing plan but I secured my own with a lower interest rate and shorter payment period.
