I am very happy with my new windows!! The four guys who installed them were very experienced. They took great care in making as little mess as possible and the cleanup was so good. I was so pleased that I’m having them come back to replace the three sidelights surrounding my front door and the arch above. It was a great experience from start to finish with everyone I dealt with and they were all very professional.I would highly recommend this company to my friends.

Had some minor communication issues but overall the experience was great and the teams completed the installs well.I'm not well versed in all the housing stuff but the quality seems good and it is functioning as it should.

I love the brand of windows that they used. They did a good job installing the first half, we still have the second half left to install, and I am satisfied.

Siding supervisor always contacted us by text message never stopped in to see us in person . He showed up to install shutters when we were not home. I needed to talk to him about siding concerns.

It's a little expensive. They do great work, but a little more than I wanted to spend, but it's done.

Overall, the quality of the work was good, but I have a few reservations regarding the sales practices and things like that.

There were significant delays with my experience with Pella. There are two companies involved, and one is Power Home Remodeling and the other is the manufacturer. My windows were supposed to be installed in November, and the last work that was completed was on April ninth. So between November and April ninth, there were so many delays, and there were also issues with the quality of the materials that led to the significant delays.

Every thing happened on time and as they said it would. Courteous and reliable. Came back and put my blinds back up after caulk dried.

I had a good experience with Power Home Remodeling. They were good, efficient, and experienced. They were very polite. I was taken aback about it. They asked me if I was happy. They were well trained and educated.
