I believe my roof was way overpriced for a senior citizen when I see all the ads for lower cost. I wanted Certainteed and that’s what I got so I am satisfied and you get what you pay for but I probably did not do enough due diligence before I committed to it. I am handicapped so I have not seen how my roof came out. My phone calls, texts, and voice mails where I requested pictures were not responded to and I have been bombarded with requests for reviews. I advised there would not be any reviews until I get pictures. I feel angry, and believe that I was taken advantage of being a single woman alone. I was desperate because my roof was leaking. My bill did not indicate if any repairs were made, new wood, fascia repair. Never got the vacation voucher, called and agent was nasty. Disgusted.
