They have a customer satisfaction person in the office, Christina. She is a wonderful young woman. Whenever I call, my needs are met exactly as I want them to be. Also, Kimmie Dearth handles the dispatch for getting the work done. She makes sure things are done.

I can't believe my roof was subcontracted out along with the gutter guards I paid for! I was unaware that P>J>Fitzpatrick was not doing the work! Especially for the amount of money I was charged!!! I was very happy with my shower in my master bath so that's why I'd thought I would have the company do my roof and gutter guards. The roof turned out fine so far but I'm not so happy with the gutter guards! I called to inquire about the rain water flowing over the gutter guards onto my porch and deck! Still waiting for a visit from your people! It's been a few weeks!! Ed Indyk

You have not answered my questions and correspondence about completing the finishing touches to the upgraded room.

I had a really bad experience with them. I spent a lot of money on a new door in July, and they installed it horribly. They've stopped answering my calls.
