I felt like the whole operation was First Class. From the estimating, to the scheduling, to the prompt arrival of the staff performing the work, and on to the clean up. Everything was done very well and the service provided looked great.

I’m mostly happy with the paint job but I was not happy with the first scheduled day of work when all the workers left before I could answer the door (i was getting out of the shower). I was told I wouldn’t even have to be there for them to start but instead they all had to come back several days later. Also, come get your **** sign. It’s in the carport.

They left the area neat.

It has not been a good experience. They told us our door would be installed at the same time, but now we are being told 6-8 weeks. They left trash all over our yard. They did not paint half of the trim, and I actually had to paint it.

Too expensive for the value received. In the end, had to follow-up myself on the job requirements. For example, job site was left with job 'finished' but upstairs bathroom cabinets had not been painted (clearly on estimate) and downstairs back hall cabinets painted without painting frame and clear brush strokes visible. So team had to come back to finish the job several weeks later.
