I have used them for many years. They did high-quality work. They are pricier. Their work and customer service have brought me back.

I was very impressed with the whole process. The communication throughout was on point. The workers were punctual each day and took care of our belongings to ensure they were not damaged. Our project manager, Daniel, stopped by most days to check in and make sure everyone was staying on schedule and the work was being done properly.

Everything from the sales process, to the individuals completing the work, to the Project Manager were helpful and considerate.

I appreciated the customer service rep who came to my house. He was very professional and kind. I would give him 8 stars. We agreed on certain things that would be included. We did a verbal agreement. I didn't know I had to follow through and look at the agreement. I understand the door isn't the same color. He said they could stain the handle, but they didn't. Outside, there's a frame with the house number. I asked if the number would be painted, and he said yes. I thought the background of the number would be painted, but it wasn't. It looks so old and unkept. I'm very disappointed, and it looks horrible. Now I have to find someone to paint it.

They did a good job of coming into the house or into my backyards where they're at, being respectful of my property, prepping everything, and taking care of covering up what they needed to do the work. They were fast and efficient, and they communicated well, so throughout the time frame, I knew the status of where they were at and the scheduling of the job, and they were always transparent when it came time to the job starting. They got everything done in one day, so they wrapped it up in the time they originally estimated. They did a good job overall, so I'm very satisfied with their work, and that's actually my second time I've used them for around the house, and both times they've delivered really well.
