I have used Phillips Home Improvements for 4 different jobs in the past 2 years. I have been extremely satisfied each tome with the work performed. They provide quality work at a descent price.

If i did recommend Phillips I would caution the person to watch the workmanship on the caulking. They also painted my brand new garage door which was already the same color which seemed odd to do. Phillips did do my gutters the last time and did a great job on that.

They were very good about being upfront with the process, giving opinions, making sure my needs were taken care of, and following up throughout the week to make sure I was happy with the progress. After everything was done, they let me know that if there was anything they missed or anything I needed, I could contact them and they would come make it right.

Everything went well but the cost was quite high.

I felt like the whole operation was First Class. From the estimating, to the scheduling, to the prompt arrival of the staff performing the work, and on to the clean up. Everything was done very well and the service provided looked great.

Window caulking was promised but not done. A couple of other promised items were also not done.

Came back quickly to fix an issue

I’m mostly happy with the paint job but I was not happy with the first scheduled day of work when all the workers left before I could answer the door (i was getting out of the shower). I was told I wouldn’t even have to be there for them to start but instead they all had to come back several days later. Also, come get your **** sign. It’s in the carport.

They left the area neat.

The entire experience from beginning to end was very professional. Lacey, who came to measure, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and transparent. The company is always running promotions during the year, which is always helpful.

Quality workmanship.

We've used Philips before, and knew that did excellent work. The painting of our kitchen cabinets and walls, again, met our expectations.
