I appreciated the customer service rep who came to my house. He was very professional and kind. I would give him 8 stars. We agreed on certain things that would be included. We did a verbal agreement. I didn't know I had to follow through and look at the agreement. I understand the door isn't the same color. He said they could stain the handle, but they didn't. Outside, there's a frame with the house number. I asked if the number would be painted, and he said yes. I thought the background of the number would be painted, but it wasn't. It looks so old and unkept. I'm very disappointed, and it looks horrible. Now I have to find someone to paint it.

They did a good job of coming into the house or into my backyards where they're at, being respectful of my property, prepping everything, and taking care of covering up what they needed to do the work. They were fast and efficient, and they communicated well, so throughout the time frame, I knew the status of where they were at and the scheduling of the job, and they were always transparent when it came time to the job starting. They got everything done in one day, so they wrapped it up in the time they originally estimated. They did a good job overall, so I'm very satisfied with their work, and that's actually my second time I've used them for around the house, and both times they've delivered really well.

I was always kept up to date on the times and who was coming out when, and they were punctual. Price was exactly what I had been quoted. Professional employees and most knowledgeable.

Good workmanship & clean up after the job.

Measurements for the replacement skylight were taken incorrectly twice so at least twice the installer came & had the wrong size. Another time he came out & no new skylight had NOT been delivered. Very poor communication with me. And very poor measuring skills.

I had requested a visit from a representative of Phillips because I wanted to ask a question with the work completed.

I liked the quality of the paint job and carpentry. They fixed a problem I had with the shed and with the three corbels (sp?) on the front brick. Jorge was exceptional!

Timely, professional and courteous painting team - paid attention to detail

The previous paint job on my house was done 18 years ago and showing weathering with some of the soffit being “wavy”. I expected more surface prep than was done than merely power washing the eaves before painting. I pointed this out to the supervisor and he instructed sanding to be done to smooth the waves on the wood and some sanding was done, but not as thoroughly as if I was doing the job myself. All in all, I’m content with the paint job, but not thrilled.

The sub contractors were great. Did a great job. But the company overcharged me like anything. Wish I would have shopped around before signing the deal with them.

Everything I was told, happened as they said it would. I have already recommended. They came to work daily and ready to work. Structured, organized and meticulous in their approach to work. They moved my furniture with care and replaced it exactly were it previously was. I had my entire interior home 2300 sq ft painted.

Philips Home Improvement does excellent work in a timely and professional manner. They completed an exterior painting job for us and I would definitely consider using them for other services if needed.

Phillips Home Improvement did a excellent job in completing the project. The project included replacing a good number of damaged siding and soffits, clean, prep, paint the exterior of our home. Phillips Home Improvements was great, and they went above and beyond! They cleaned my roof which they didn't have to do, but they got all of the leaves off of my roof after they made the repair. They did a great job!

Very nice customer service, meticulous work. Have to be patient for your project to be completed but everything is done so well it is worth the wait.

Mike, the installer, did a great job with our downspout installation. He made a recommendation to increase the sizes of the existing downspout and overflow stop instead of adding another downspout close to an existing one. He was courteous and efficient and completed the job in 2 hours.

One wall needs repainting...it has dry spots on it and is noticeable

It was a very good job, and I had no problems, but the only thing was, one of the handles was not working, and we're probably going to have it fixed because we can't get the door to open, but other than that, everything was good with the painting and all. It was only the door handle that was stuck and didn't work properly.

I have used Phillips Home Improvements for 4 different jobs in the past 2 years. I have been extremely satisfied each tome with the work performed. They provide quality work at a descent price.
