Problem Resolution - I felt Pfeifer did a particularly good job addressing the attic and rod ventilation. Old insulation was removed and new blown in. The vents they installed for both intake and outtake are very effective. They are hardly noticeable. The ventilation issue was very effectively addressed.

Recognized Excellence - The installation crew. The first day the Head man showed up 15 minutes before 7 and was waiting along road. He said it was sarly and he didnt want to bother me. I let him drive in and he thanked me for the work. Dont usually hear that from people on a Monday morning. They all did a good job, stayed late to cleanup. Always had a good attitude.

Additional Comments - Buying a new roof is stressful and expensive. The whole process from sales presentation to work completion was smooth and free of drama. It made the experience tolerable. It’s hard spending a large sum of money on something I don’t really understand beyond, “my house needs a roof”.

The crew was prompt, efficient and always cleaned up at the end of the day.
