Areas Of Satisfaction - (1) The personal touch and communication from Erik, Forest, Ethan & Jonathan was amazing. Truly. We felt like they genuinely cared about us and our project and that it personally mattered to them that it be successful and that we'd be happy with the result. (2) The care and attention to detail of the crew floored me. And all of our neighbors were impressed as well, and commented to us about it. Our roof is tricky, with lots of gables, slopes, and nooks and crannies -- and every single piece of it received the right amount of care and attention. The crew was here for a week . . . and it shows! (3) The post-project inspection several days later was value added. From what I've heard/read, that is something that many roof companies don't do. The inspector was here for two hours and did a very thorough job checking everything, and even fixed a few minor downspout issues for us that had nothing to do with the roof project!

His communication, professionalism, and friendliness were above and beyond the call of duty and greatly appreciated. Even at the end of each long and tough workday in the sun, he went out of his way to touch base with us in such a kind and thoughtful way. It really added a human touch to the project -- in a way that rarely happens with contractors. A+.

Robert answered all my questions about his bid, even though I called him more than once. Once we agreed to have Pfiefer do the roofing, Felicity was keeping me informed about everything that was going to be happening, and she even managed to get our installation moved up a week. Both of them were very prompt at returning my calls when I left voicemails. Awesome to see that kind of customer service from a contractor.

I previously submitted a review on Google. It is impossible to recognize just one individual at Pfeifer because EVERYBODY was on their game; the sales associate gave a stellar and informational presentation; the installation scheduler stayed in contact regarding any date changes--which there were none--and the installation team was incredible! They were friendly, fast and efficient. They cleaned up after each day's work. They made us feel like they were working on their home. When a question arose about the existing sun-tunnel, the question was resolved quickly and with no added cost. The crew that came out to finish the chimney flashing was also top-notch. We could not have asked for a better customer experience! We would recommend Pfeifer Roofing

They did an outstanding job on a very challenging project. We have a 100 year old home with a very steep pitched roof, which had multiple layers of shingles and shakes on the frame. Another contractor was reluctant to take on this project, Pfeifer did it easily, on budget and on time

It was explained to me in depth on what to expect thru out the process from the estimator Jess. And that was followed thru from Martin the lead tech, as well as Issac the job supervisor. The crew was very professional, starting at first light and working until dark. Everything about the company reflects top notch craftsmanship. First thing dropped off was a portapotty, then trailers to haul away debris. Every night the site was cleaned up so I could utilize the area around my house. And it eas ready to go for them the following morning.

Fantastic communication and understanding when my funding fell through, they contacted me the following year and we could pick up were we left off.

We had several bids, and Pfeiffer was the highest, but we went with your company because we had three eyebrow roofs that we were told would be difficult and very time-consuming.. David told us there was a problem with the front eyebrow roof, and he was having it redone.We got over to take a look at the front porch .It had a weird piece of folded tar paper up the front of the house about 8 inches, And no flashing had been put on any of the three eyebrow roofs, leaving huge cracks, some up to 3/4 of an inch that were not covered Dave sent over two workman one’s name was Felipe and they got it handled,

From sales to completion, customer service is top notch. Very prompt and responsive to all our concerns. Overall, the replacement went exactly as they said it would. They brought one concern to our attention after the roof was completed, a fix was made and Pfeifer confirmed that they stand by their work and warranty with the product as stated in our quote. So much so, that keep in mind, there was no down payment required! We have already recommended them to our neighbors.
