A few days there was little to no communication or no shows from Patio Enclosures employees.

1st it took too long for my install to be completed. Customer service was nice but the crew hurried to put up the glass the didn't even check for small issues.

The entire team was courteous and willing to speak about anything we needed.

After the initial installation, there were several items (unfinished edges, uneven door due to mismeasurements) that took a while to get addressed.

The installation process was very disappointing. It took over two months after initially starting the install to complete the process. There were five no shows by the installer. The four screens that were initially installed were all damaged. The screens were replaced and the four new screens were also all damaged. It took three screens to complete each section of screen. The scratch marks on the frame were initially covered were a marker. I had to complain to get it painted correctly. The only reason for the high rating is that the finished product has been good. I do not think it is good enough for the price that I paid compared to other contractors I contacted. It was about 25% more expensive so I would expect the finished product to be amazing.

The final product looks great and so far, it has functioned well. The lead time was grossly underestimated and greatly lacking in updates during the long wait for the roller shades. Estimated lead time was 8 weeks and it took approximately 10 months. The glass estimated lead time was 4 weeks, but it took about 8 months. One of the 4 roller shades was not the proper length and had to be reordered. Only 4 of the 6 glass sections were installed the first time, and these were not tinted, so the glass had to be reordered as well. The wrong stain was applied the first time, and the installers did not clean up the stain drips on the pool deck until they came back later to make corrections. Trash blew into our yard and pieces were left in the yard that I had to pick up.

And the inspector was thorough and told me about options for possible future plans. I don’t have anything but good things to say about this project.

Take time to cover items before using a grinder on stone during installation. Better cleanup.

Everyone was wonderful. From Adam, with his warm and friendly approach, to the wonderful crew that actually did the work (and cheerfully helped me move some plants around), then Sergio & Chris who carefully checked the work and pronounced it flawless.
