Additional Comments - The entire Paragon operation is simply FANTASTIC!! From Jeremy and Shelly at the initial project planning and selection phases to Zach, Joanna and the rest of the crew we had a positive experience start to finish and LOVE our new kitchen!!

Throughout the project, the team at Paragon was open to ideas and did a very good job of communicating with us. We are also impressed with the commitment and expertise of the work crews. They do an excellent job and speak highly of the relationship they have with Paragon.

Areas Of Satisfaction - This was a drainage project, so different options were considered for where to place the runoff pipe. We discussed options with the project manager and the team lead and decided on the route which would best handle the water runoff (which ended up being different from the originally proposed plan). The expertise of the installers helped generate the best outcome. The real test, of course, will be whether the drainage system works as planned when we have the next period of heavy precipitation.

Paragon did a great job of replacing our old wooden deck with a new composite deck that looks great. The use of their online project management tool kept us apprised of the status of the project then entire time with daily updates on what was accomplished and what to expect next. The entirety of the project was well documented in the tool
