We discussed options with the project manager and the team lead and decided on the route which would best handle the water runoff (which ended up being different from the originally proposed plan). The expertise of the installers helped generate the best outcome. The real test, of course, will be whether the drainage system works as planned when we have the next period of heavy precipitation.

I became aware of Paragon from a mailing flyer, and we decided to go to the business location. It was immediately clear we finally found the right company for our project. This was hands down the best experience we’ve ever had during a remodel. There is no need to ever use another construction company. And I will always recommend Paragon to others.

He was a wealth of information, presented us many options to fit our budget and goal, and never pressured us (unlike other companies that kept checking in regularly asking if we had made a decision). The rest of the Paragon team is equally as wonderful...they are like family to us now. Here's and example of Paragon's attention to detail and honest business practices...While all the boxes delivered were marked with the same product number, the installation team noticed that one of the rail sections for our deck was slightly different in height and style of spindle. The difference had to be pointed out to us as we didn't detect it upon first look. Apparently the manufacturer made a slight change in production between 2023 and 2024 (the section in question was the only box reflecting a 2023 mfr date). We are impressed with Paragon's honesty...other companies probably wouldn't have noticed nor brought this issue to our attention. Paragon is one of the most professional organizations with which we've ever interfaced.

I had black ProVia french doors with muntins, or grids in between glass, installed to replace the old sliding glass door. Scott was great with designing the doors, explaining the details, and answering my questions. Joanna, Chris, and John did a fantastic job removing the sliding glass door and installing the new french doors. They were very professional and kept the area clean. After they were done, Joanna made sure my wife and I understood how to operate the center astragal to open the inactive door. Overall, the experience was pleasant and stress free.

Additional Comments - After completing two projects for my home, the Paragon team understands the phasing that I came up with for the other follow-on projects. This is invaluable when attempting to renovate most every section of a home, but having to do it in phases because of the costs of labor and materials. I'm looking forward to completing the exterior portion in the next two years and then working on the interior projects (bathrooms, kitchen) with the team!

Several months ago we reached out to Paragon Construction while researching ways to renovate our backyard space. We knew we wanted to replace our aging deck that went unused and we wanted to fence in our back yard for our new puppy, but we weren’t sure what that should look like. We met with Scott at Paragon Construction and he listened carefully to what we wanted and walked our home with us. A short time later he delivered a plan for us that was exactly what we were looking for. We moved forward with Paragon Construction for the project and couldn’t be happier.

This was a substantial project that took seven weeks to complete.
