This is our second time using them; the first time we got a huge picture window, the experience was amazing. This experience was very bumpy. The same measurements as the first window, there was miscommunication because the window was mismeasured the second time. I did not hear anything back from them. I had to reach out to see if they were coming back to finish the job. They did not assign us a project manager, and the installation crew had to ask me questions. I called the office, and they had David Kelly come out. He was wonderful and saved the day. The ending was amazing because of David.
