I am still waiting for the closing meeting. I understood that it was supposed to take place within a few weeks of the installation, and it has been several months and has still not been scheduled. The communication has been poor since the install. I understand there have been layoffs and I am concerned that has affected customer service.

Generally, the company has integrity and employs excellent people for installations. However, their level of workmanship is subpar. I would recommend the company, but with the caveat that their work needs to be monitored closely.

I know there were a lot of moving parts but the install took a loooong time and I'm still waiting on final receipt of tax information and system manual.

Excellent work from first estimates to follow-up after installation. NK's price was basically the same as the other good outfits we asked for estimates, but their work and service truly have been superb. Good people, from sales to design, to installation, to follow-up.

Although we had 2 other bids that were cheaper, the expertise and experience of the entire NK team made the extra cost well worth it. We feel very confident in our solar+battery system, in the installation of it, and knowing that NK will be there for us in the future if any problems arise.

The team was great, and the system is working perfectly. The timeline was quite a bit longer than I expected, mostly due to factors beyond our control (utility, city, supply chain), but communication was sometimes a little slow or confused.

They are a well established company that I feel confident will be around if there is ever an issue.

The NK team were great, they did excellent work, cleaned up everything perfectly when they were done, and the system is working nicely.
