The Denver Metro area is one of the highest areas that endures hail storms in the country. Because of this, we use a 24/7 hail monitoring program. This is a free service that we provide to our customers this gives you the comfort of knowing your area and home is being monitored even when you are not home. I would echo what Steven says. Generally, flat paint is not washable. If you look at the cleaning instrctions, it will talk about being "scrubbable". This means you have to scrub a layer of paint off ... read more
