Love the product the service and the installers but the pricing is a lot higher than expected.

Enjoyed Ryan and the other sales people they were patient with my changes. Aaron was very professional and clean with install and was willing to do anything else I needed within time frame. Dustin was efficient with providing great service for problem with disposal and Israel was amazing with correcting it!

Everything went great from beginning to end. Everyone was there on time and all phone calls were answered with someone who speaks English. Everything went exactly as sales rep explained. Would definitely recommend!!!!

After I fully understood what the salesperson had signed me up for, I felt he was cutting too many corners to get me the price I wanted and get me to sign the contract. I had spoken to 2 other companies, both quoted $15,000. I had expected $10,000, so I had sticker shock. The salesperson worked hard to get me the price, but I was infuriated when I basically was told it was going to cost $4000 more than what my original contract said. I had a family emergency and it was not at all convenient to basically be lured into a contract because the price was too good to be true. I was also irritated that my check was listed as insufficient funds, when in fact the associate typed the account nummber incorrectly. Ten when the actual work was scheduled, the individual who was sent was quickly overwhelmed and a mold specialist had to come. An extra day was added to the project and a new team was sent to complete the work. The new team was great. The young man who was initially sent was also great, but I spoke at length about the mold in the shower, so this “unexpected” complication was annoying.
