Not bad but expensive

I was really happy with the quality of the product and the warranty. The installation went really well. I am really happy with the finished product.

We're so happy with our new bathroom and I especially love that I don't have to worry about Dad getting in and out of the tub to take a shower.

Less than 2 weeks from remodel the shower is leaking and I opened a srrvice ticket for repair and follow up but still no one has contacted me after 3 days

The installation was excellent. It as efficient and done with care. The crew worked hard and left our property clean. At first I thought it was overly expensive, but, after researching I found it was spot on. 50 year warranty too.

The work crew were great! They knew what to do and did it quickly and perfectly and were very polite and helpful. The materials were excellent too. We are please with everything.

I really enjoyed the initial contact I had with Nelson Rivera, He was very personable, knowledgeable and had a very low pressure sales approach. Everyone I spoke with after Nelson was very helpful.

Materials came in within time promised, and install was scheduled less than a week later. Installers did an excellent job and cleaned up well.

There was no follow up after the installation. At all.

I am extremely happy with the shower; it is beautiful. I love it. However, Long Home cut two holes in the wall and ceiling. They patched it up, but it's very sloppy. It needs to be replastered, and the whole bathroom needs to be painted. I didn't expect that; I thought they would just do the shower. Now I have a lot of work ahead of me.

I think they did a very professional job. They were very polite and hardworking. We would definitely hire them to come and do more work for us.
