Both men were very kind and did a good job

I was told under 200 for payment and also told i was finacing 20k was 600 over that and also was told i wouldnt have to pay to cover service lines but did.

I was disappointed when two of my shutters were damaged and I was told, we'll they were old and I might be able to replace it but it would be a different color. Or I might be able to get you one hundred dollars to replace them. Old or not they were not damaged until your contractors removed them. Overall, the service representative and contract manager were pleasant.

Roof was done in a timely manner

I would steer my friends and neighbors away from Long. My experience was not good, and EVERYDAY I feel like I was taken.

Everyone we in contact with from Long Home was professional, polite and respectiful. I have a family member from Maryland who before our installation cautioned me about communication. I never found this or anything else to be a problem. Very happy with our decision.

Armature experience. Multiple material issues and Five Weeks to complete is unacceptable.especialy for the cost.

The product specialist, project manager, and demo/installation crew were all very professional and courteous. The finished product is awesome and built to last and was done within a work week.

I liked everything except I wished the included electrical like a wired in mirror that i wanted installed

This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any company. I’m getting “completion” notices and survey requests like the job is done and it isn’t. Worse than that is everyone knows about it but no one cares
