Very professional and job was completed in a timely fashion

All the workers were friendly and hardworking. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. I am very satisfied with the craftsmanship of the shower that was installed.

David Perry was most informative and gave us a very detailed explanation for what to expect in our transition to a walk-in shower, and the workmanship and cleanliness of the installation team was timely and simply extraordinary in every respect. This was truly "heads and shoulder" above what we were expecting and we highly recommend this company for bathtub to walk-in shower!

Good communication before and.during remodel

Excellent workers BUT We feel TOTALLY " ripped off" materials and 5 hour labor should not have even charged us 50% of what we were charged.. Biggest overcharge we have ever experienced. Never ever use this type of contractor ever again. Cheap acrylic walls, no extras and no high end materials and still have to buy shower doors. Not happy at all

Plumber showed up at 5pm no call or notify me leer at 8pm very unprofessional then came back 2 days later at 12:30 and didn’t leave till 7pm very disappointed and unprofessional would like a call from company not happy at all Keith

My walk in shower is absolutely beautiful, more like a spa than a shower. I love, love love it.

Wrong vanity was sent. I liked it anyway so I settled. Pretty sure the top on the vanity was wrong also but I could not remember for sure.

Long completed my bathroom installation and was paid. After a day or so I notified them that the base was not level when installed and water was pooling and not draining properly. They sent out a crew to inspect and said the shower stall would have to be replaced. That was 2 months ago. After being told the order was in for the new shower components I have been calling every week yet the components have not arrived. When they had to replace my 34 inch shower base with a 31 inch base during install to assure it was within code they had the base in 2 days. Feel like I’m getting the run around. Also was scheduled to have a service to repair the cutouts in the ceiling and wall the plumber made to run new plumbing and that hasn’t been done repaired either. Not very happy!!

I didn’t have any problems with the Long Home company but I did have a problem with the men who did the instillation.

They are efficient and accomodating with no song or dance just an honest quote from a reputable company with the Better business bureau and made our time with them very pleasurable! If you have questions they are right there and they communicate within a couple hours. You are not left hanging or ignored!!

Shower leaked on downstairs ceiling after faulty install. Fixed the shower but not the ceiling. No callback to fix ceiling!

The workers were very nice and helpful. The one worker on the floor was very helpful in making a beautiful floor. I love it!!

They were fast and efficient

Too expensive. Building supplies were left on my lawn in the rain for 10 days. I had to call and text multiple people to cajole the team into doing the job on the appointed day for the gutters. I had multiple cancellations, some of them with no notice which cost me sick leave days (I only get 10 per year). I wouldn’t recommend Long Home to anyone I know.

Installers arrived unfamiliar with the project specs, no drawings, only a written description. I had to call the sales person immediately and later learned she no longer worked with Long Home.
