From start to finish, the team was professional, attentive, and clearly committed to delivering high-quality work. The finished kitchen looks great, functions much better for our needs, and the overall transformation has made a significant difference in our home. The design process was thoughtful and well organized, and the recommendations reflected both our goals and practical considerations. The installation crew was consistently friendly, courteous, and respectful of our home. They arrived on time, kept us informed of their progress, and maintained a clean and organized work area throughout the project. At the end of each day, they took the time to clean up thoroughly, which made the remodeling process much easier to live with. Our project manager did an excellent job coordinating the project from start to finish. Scheduling was well organized, communication was consistent, and we always knew what to expect at each stage of the remodel. His attention to detail and proactive approach helped keep the project running smoothly. Throughout the project, the team was professional, communicated clearly, and paid attention to the details. The work was completed with quality craftsmanship, and any questions we had were addressed promptly. Additional Feedback - Excellent experience. Professionals at every level. One issue is the mis-match with the lighting fixtures. This should have been checked before bringing them for installation. The next issue is not necessarily Legacy's fault, but it has been nearly two months and the replacement fixture isn't in yet.

Issue Resolution - Only one issue arose and it was not of legacy’s making.They let me know the circumstances, Their subcontractor communicated directly with me and it was resolved as fast as was possible. Couldn’t ask for more. Hiccups happen, resolve them, and move on - thats good business practice.

Additional Feedback - I have used Legacy for 3 projects - the third is going to start in 2 weeks. I have recommened them twice. I am picky. If you tell me something and dont follow through then you can forget it. Legacy won my trust with the 1 st project 15 years ago. I came back a second time, and now a third time. The quality of the work is sound. Their professionalism is sound. Their concern for my concerns is sound. They are not the cheapest company out there offering this customized rehab BUT they do it right the first time, dont use shoddy material, and stand by their work. My grandmother always said “you get what you pay for” she was usually right.
