Workmanship Quality - My new shower is beautiful! It looks like something out of a fashion magazine! The only problem is how do I show it off to guests without getting weird looks!! How many guests want to see your bathroom!!!!

Issue Resolution

Issue Resolution - Only one issue arose and it was not of legacy’s making.They let me know the circumstances, Their subcontractor communicated directly with me and it was resolved as fast as was possible. Couldn’t ask for more. Hiccups happen, resolve them, and move on - thats good business practice.

Additional Feedback - I have used Legacy for 3 projects - the third is going to start in 2 weeks. I have recommened them twice. I am picky. If you tell me something and dont follow through then you can forget it. Legacy won my trust with the 1 st project 15 years ago. I came back a second time, and now a third time. The quality of the work is sound. Their professionalism is sound. Their concern for my concerns is sound. They are not the cheapest company out there offering this customized rehab BUT they do it right the first time, dont use shoddy material, and stand by their work. My grandmother always said “you get what you pay for” she was usually right.
