Overall, we would recommend Landmark as a builder based on the quality of homes we have toured and our confidence in the finished product. While our experience with the sales manager has been less than ideal, the overall journey has been mostly positive. We are looking forward to moving ahead and are excited to begin building our custom home.

Before we decided on a Landmark home community, we walked through several of their homes being built, attended a community open house and met the people that would potentially take us through the building process. Everyone made us feel comfortable and part of the Landmark community. They were very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We are looking forward to seeing our dream home come to life!

I am likely to recommend them to a friend because my wife and I researched construction companies for a year when we got to Landmark. We knew right at the moment that was the one. Our first visit to the model home was a good visit, but we didn't ask for a lot of information; we knew that was the one. We kept coming back when we got all the information. They were all amazing, they were able to be reached, very accessible, and I have nothing bad about anybody. In a heartbeat, if I build another house, it'll be with them. There was nothing wrong with them and they're amazing.
