I am likely to recommend them to a friend because my wife and I researched construction companies for a year when we got to Landmark. We knew right at the moment that was the one. Our first visit to the model home was a good visit, but we didn't ask for a lot of information; we knew that was the one. We kept coming back when we got all the information. They were all amazing, they were able to be reached, very accessible, and I have nothing bad about anybody. In a heartbeat, if I build another house, it'll be with them. There was nothing wrong with them and they're amazing.

We are at the foundation stage of our home build and could not be happier! We live in FL and are building in PA, we have the added stress of being so far away and not actually seeing the build. Our team takes photos for us to see the progress…so much appreciated!

Their seamless design/build process, from initial inquiry to breaking ground, is well thought through with supporting documentation and well-trained personnel to provide quick and efficient execution.

We were very pleased from the first visit through the design choices to the design sign off. Nicole was very knowledgeable, helpful and really covered all the details well.

The product design and build quality ranked the highest for us, for all the builders we looked at (about 10 builders and almost 20 communities). The people in the communities and the design center are cooperative and helpful.

Love the neighborhood, home styles, and quality.

Kristin was awesome! She helped us a lot. Chris at design studio was super helpful and made it easy. Ian was great. There are a few things that would help people in the future though. There should be a master list of items that people may not think about. Did not realize that you would not get a garbage disposal if you did not pick. Someone else told us about that. Also do not have heater is bath. Did not realize that would not be normal in Pennsylvania. We have a 3 car garage. We did not realize we were only getting 1 automatic door opener. Other door is manual.

Lori Kahl is wonderful. She answered all our questions and helped to get the final design paper work pushed through when it seemed to be stalled.

Open to custom building

I think Landmark is one of the better home builders in central PA and the build quality of the homes appears to be above average, which is what we were looking for. The home plans and customization options are great. The photos of the build progress are really nice to receive, too.

We love the quality of the homes that they build.

We were originally told that the house would be completed by May. During the process of making the plans, we had to wait multiple weeks several times for Landmark to make changes to our home plan. Our community sales person and project manager lacked communication. They rarely proactively reached out to us about delays, we had to contact them to get updates. We had to keep checking on the house because things were missed, such as our rear door not being closed during a big thunderstorm and it letting water into the house onto our brand new floors. We had a home inspection done and it revealing a list of 35 things that needed to be checked, some of which haven't been resolved yet, and we have been in the house for 2 months. We also had to pay $2,000 on our first settlement date because multiple people, including higher ups, missed that the cost of our metal roof for the front porch was calculated wrong.

I feel Landmark Homes provided a really easy process. The process stayed on time as stated, and everything was really smooth.

The process, the beautiful office & design center, but most importantly the people. Randy, Hannah, Barb & Owen have been a joy to work with!

I am not likely to recommend Landmark Homes to a friend because Landmark Homes has not addressed our pre-settlement issues, which were over 3 months ago. They've addressed none of them!
