Great home. Only improvement would be more willingness to work with buyer on having an inspector qualified to inspect roof and HVAC prior to purchase. You guys are the only builder I know that makes this difficult.

There are no serious defects but my wife is disappointed about the paint job. There are several areas where the paint is bubbling, has tiny holes, is excessive (trim: shelf mounts, door handle areas) and others were it is lacking. Almost all the corners of my doors look like it is peeling.

We found JMC Homes, and the quality was superior to the other homes we looked at and we definitely like the package because you didn't have to pay for a lot of upgrades that we were looking at from other builders.

I like that JMC offers all the upgrades as a standard build in their homes, even including solar. One price shopping is a great feature!

Compared to other builders in the area JMC seems to have a lower level of service and work done by some of 3rd party trades and the responsiveness/ promptness could be better on the customer service rep after purchase. Although it is emphasized during purchase that a new owner will have the opportunity to identify fixes and JMC be there to complete - there is an internal issues in timely completion.
