I was misled by the salesman. I believed that the gutter issue and the three small missing pieces of fascia would be corrected. I was corrected by the inspector the day after the roof was completed that this isn't considered a roofing issue. Also, the roofing crew left black streaks from shingles on the new pavers of my patio and tried to scratch them off which was causing further damage. It took a minute for them to understand that I was telling them to stop scraping because they did not speak English.

If you are considering replacing your roof or think you need a roof inspection I would highly recommend The folks at Genius Exteriors They are not only roof folks they also remove and install other items that may need some attention. Call them for an appointment and they will respond as soon as possible. Great Folks.

The roof crew did a nice job of installing the roof. The sales person was engaging, but I had trouble trusting him. The record keeping was not organized as they did not have accurate information, could not find evidence of a check I gave them, was unaware of additional payments I sent directly to the financing company they work with. They promised a superior experience and it was not.
