The roof crew did a nice job of installing the roof. The sales person was engaging, but I had trouble trusting him. The record keeping was not organized as they did not have accurate information, could not find evidence of a check I gave them, was unaware of additional payments I sent directly to the financing company they work with. They promised a superior experience and it was not.

The tack paper underneath the shingles was all over my yard, but it was windy. It was just not there before they did the work.
