It has been 2 months since the crew finished. I signed a "no cost change order" for a weathervane that the crew destroyed. Even though it was in the contract to save it and I went over the requirement verbally in person with the "project Manager/Supervisor" to save it and reinstall. The crew didn't, it was totally destroyed!! I reluctantly signed a "no cost change order" and was shown a weathervane, that I thought was ordered from Amazon right then - it was NOT! We were even told the crew would be out to install it the following weekend - IT WAS NOT! I have texted the Supervisor/PM and keep getting the same answer that his supervisor has it ordered and it has not been delivered yet. THIS WHOLE SITUATION IS INEXCUSABLE
At first it was a lot of money, but the quaity of materials and installation team gave me more confidence that I was getting the value for my money. Everything they did was top-notch. They had good communication, and the crew got there early to start. They worked so hard all day, were very polite, and cleaned up much better than any previous projects I've had. The salesman was very good, and he explained everything. The project manager also explained things. I did my own research and realized I was getting a good product at a good price, and a good company. I am very pleased so far. I was really impressed. It was a lot of money to spend, and I had a lot of second thoughts, but I knew I was right. Everything they said was true. The products are great, and the payment plan gave me 12 months with no interest.
The gentlemen that came and worked on my attic imsulation job was extremely professional, helpful, and answered all questions that I had. They also made sure they cleaned up after themselves when they were done.
My cutters got damaged, and I still have a leak on my roof. I called corporate and this lady told me there wasn't going to be any more work done, then she hung up on me.
