The shingles were supposed to be a closer match than to the older shingles. Which they were not. In my opinion they should of brought that to my attention before they did the roof. But that didn't happen.

My ceiling started leaking and I called to have someone come and look at it because it had been less than a week since I had gotten a new roof. We made an appointment and I took off work and no one showed up. This happened twice. I lost vacation time. When they finally came to my house I was told it wasn’t the roof, it was my chimney. I was sent pictures of my chimney to prove the claim. However, if the chimney were the problem why is my ceiling no longer leaking. We have had both rain and hail storms since that time. I feel like that statement was made so the company would not be required to fix my ceiling. Now I have to pay to get it fixed myself
