Process Explanation - We had an insurance jib due to incompetent installers thru Lowe's...Tim was the only person out of 7 companies that actually took the time to explain everything that would happen in the process. They are very professional already

I never had to wonder if they would return my call or if they would show up to work on my house. They were very concerned with customer satisfaction and went the extra mile to ensure that. The quality of their work was great!

Areas Of Satisfaction - They listened to any and all concerns that I had with the work being done to my house and completed all the work to my satisfaction. They kept me informed every step of the process and really wanted me to be satisfied. The owner of the company, the people that actually did the work on the house and the office ladies did a great job during the entire process. My husband and I truly appreciate all that they did for us.
