The contractors at G2 are great, personable, and do a good job following up and fixing mistakes. The subcontractors were sub-par. G2 had to step in a fix a lot of their mistakes.

They were very responsive and the scheduling and things were easy. However, the full scope of work wasn't completed, but the work that was done, was done in a timely manner.

Dillon did everything to make sure I was satisfied. The work was done neatly.

G2 was fantastic to work with. They were responsive, respectful, and most importantly, did quality work helping us navigate a difficult time.

They did a really great job with communication, timing, and getting everything done the way that we expected. We didn't really know going into it what to expect. They outlined everything for us and walked us through the process.

I don't think they are well experienced. The people are good, but they are not up to the mark and had to redo some things. The person that was trying to help me was good but I don't recommend them because they don't have experienced contractors.

Even though G2 was chosen by our carrier to do repairs, we couldn't be happier with the choice. From the quick visit from water remediation folks to the follow up visits which were on time EVERY time...to the quality repairs, it would have been hard to do any better if we researched and chose ourself!
