We appreciated the great communication from all phases of our sales call, measurement and installation.

It was favorable. They were kind and considerate. I am satisfied with the work.

All the Bee Window employees, from the Sales Rep, the measuring guy and the installation crew, were all friendly and professional. The window products they installed are excellent. We highly recommend Bee Window!

This was a **** show from the beginning. After installation, back three times to try and fix slow drain and leaks. Leaks still an issue but I have given up trying to get it fixed by BEE employees.

The product I wanted with a full screen and window that slides both ways is not the custom window I received. You prices were one of the highest estimates I received. I choose to go with Bee because of your warranty and guarantees around the installation. I chose the best product available and I expected it to have more features. I am not fully satisfied with the price I paid and the product that I received. I have requested an additional discount off the price that I paid for this window, but it does not look like that is going to happen.

The installation was fabulous, they did a wonderful job

yes absoulouty

The Bee Window service was great, and the timeframe was great. There were no problems. Everything was great, and the work was beautifully done.

I had an install date for September 18th for patio door and walk in shower. They were to arrive between 8 and 9 am. I had taken the day off work. By 10 o'clock I called my salesman Teddy Bradley. Left a msg. I then called Cameron. Left him a message. Cameron got back with me and told me that they had a problem with the job the day before so they would not be coming out for the shower install. The patio door installer called. He said he did not receive the correct part for the door handle. He said he had to go back to the shop and would arrive around 11:20. He did not show up until ten till 1. The door installer was here until 7 pm. He did not have the toe lock so he said someone would have to come back another day. I called Teddy to give him dates I would be available. He said I would have to call Cameron or Josh because he said he had nothing to do with setting up appointments. I called Cameron a few times. I text him. Text him the 24th of September. He text me back that he would be get back with me the dates they are available. He disregarded the dates I provided. I have not heard back from anyone.

I would highly recommend Bee Window, Inc.

They didn't complete my bathrooms.

Overall happy with my final product, but didn’t have the best end to end experience

Mike did a great job installing but the scheduling needs a lot of work. A follow up to install towel bar took 3 appointments the first 2 were no show. The salesmen time line was off by weeks. It was 2 weeks longer to get materials and then numerous week to schedule work. Not what I was told at the time of sale. I had to call as no one contacted me at the time the materials should have been here.

I love the product; it's excellent. I didn't appreciate the instllation service.

The installation, schedule and quality is what i would recommend most.

My job is not done. The quality of my door is horrific, and the gentleman failed to put my alarm system back.

The guys were focused on my window installation. They fixed unexpected little issues in a satisfactory fashion. They communicated well with each other. They finished in one day. I love my new windows and expect to be warmer this winter.

Nick W. was awesome. He was efffecient, did great work, and never left a mess.

David, the sales rep was very helpful and went over the entire process in detail.

Good quality work, very knowledgeable, great sales person, great installer and love end product.

Everybody we talked to from the start to finish of the project was knowledgable, friendly, and professional. We LOVE our new windows and the price was right! We have been recommending BEE to friends and family and will use them for future projects.

The windows are beautiful! The installation crew went out of their way to make sure everything was done well. I am absolutely thrilled with my windows!!

We had both a new shower/toilet installation as well as new basement windows. Both jobs were completed with very good results both cosmetically and functionally. The installers for both jobs were very nice and polite and hard working. Very pleased.

Were still waiting ! One Entry door & 2 Storm doors ordered on 7-2-26. Installers arrived on 8-26-26. Entry door was installed.(An excellent job) But, they had the wrong storm doors ! I was told by Indy that order went in wrong. Looks correct to me. I asked that order be rushed. We have never been without storm doors.I don't like it---I don't feel safe . I feel , we deserve a discount , for having to wait for 2nd order. I had gotten 3 estimates, on doors, when we decided on Bee Doors. You are certainly not the cheapest, but since we are so pleased with our new Bathroom that Bee installed last year, we decided to go with you again. Also, I did recommend Bee to my neighbor, who also needed doors. She talked to same Sales Rep on same day as us.

The workman who came out was excellent. He was very detail-oriented and did a very good job. His name is Mike.
