Downey Plumbing & Heating grew from a one man, one truck operation into a family business employing three of Shaun's brothers, all with construction management backgrounds. Downey also expanded service from the initial plumbing and heating to include all aspects of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical—offering customers the convenience of "One Call for All."

It wasn't what I expected. It wasn't professional like I thought it would be with the installers and everything and to me that was disappointing. They had to come back out and redo the window.

They are pretty knowledgeable. They knew what they were doing. I have an issue with the gutter. It looks rushed. The first guy was knowledgeable and they mostly stuck to the deadline.
