Took 5 days, 4 techs, and a field supervisor to use DUCT TAPE to secure loose duct work that should have been noticed not only on the first visit, but most importantly, on the installation less than a year ago... more

David did a great job installing my front entry door and storm door. There was an issue with the entry door and he made sure that it was resolved quickly. He has excellent communication skills and discussed the job in detail before the work was performed.

What laws regulate builders putting workers at risk, and buyers at risk by not following code, industry guidelines, and manufactures instructions.
