I would not recommend Crown Exteriora to anyone I know. Your advertising makes it sound like it will be a simple process, and chronic steals will take care of everything, That was absolutely not our situation, unfortunately.

I thought they handled things really well. They reduced the stress and made things a lot easier than I expected.

The project took longer than expected, with a with a long delay before deciding on the final project.

Crown, and in particular Matt, worked tirelessly with a difficult insurance co. to ensure that we got what was needed to do the job right.

I would definitely recommend Crown Exteriors to a friend, also would recommend as an employer.

I would recommend them to anybody, my neighbors are all working with them now they are very impressed with their work.

The installers did an excellent job roofing and the cleanup & were very happy with them! BUT, experienced a few annoying times with our salesman; he'd go around and around on when we were to expect an installation date after paying 1/2 down. Then we'd get put off to further down the road. We were 1st told in a couple weeks. Also, seems like there was always an excuse when the shingles would arrive in the warehouse and a starting date.We had to either call or text to try to get any satisfaction. We waited quite a long time. I like honesty.

They are very good and provide good service.

They were very professional and clean. They protected the house.
