Wasn't told repair was completed, no final walk thru of what was completed. Knowing that job was not complete, Cobex wanted full payment.

This company was very easy to do business with and completed quality repairs as scheduled.

The communication, the workers bees that did the roof. They worked their tails off. Roof completed in 1 day! Nick and Nate were very professional!

The work completed was great, the follow up customer service required multiple calls to receiveour recipt.

All involved exceeded at the jobs that they did--sales, explanations inspections, workers adhered to the schedule and picked up so well that one would not know anything was done. I was impressed by the professionalism shown by everyone.

During roofing process someone was supposed to let me know how many boards needed replaced and no one did. When they were done for the day they didn't say a word they just left.

I would only recommend that you DO NOT use Cobex.

It would have been helpful for my contractor to have checked on the crew. I had complaints from neighbors and they crushed a sentimental 12 year old lavender plant. I doubt it’ll come back. They broke a sprinkler pipe below the ground when they drove up on the lawn.

Cobex did an amazing job, they were on time, and they give a very reasonable price.

They gave a $3600 bid after a detailed inspection of roof. When actual workers began work they presented a change order practically doubling actual cost of roof repair .lt appears they low balled bid to get the job. No way to do business. Workers spent a lot of time not actually working on job. Even brought lawn chairs to loaf. No way to engender trust.

Cobex Construction Group is expeditious, and it appears that they're roofing demolition and installation are well done.

Initially, they were very quick to respond and set up an appointment, but after the initial appointment, communication at times was difficult with them.

More communication from work crews regarding if they're done or coming back the next day.

The reps have been in the community for many years and know quite a few other ppl and that says alot.

I was very pleased that they got here at the right time. It was raining heavily, and the roof hasn't leaked, so it is a good start.

Project is taking much longer than expected, communication is terrible, issues with install have moved at a snails pace to be corrected, one is currently 3 weeks in still un resolved and property wont pass inspection until finished.

Really nice experience, especially with project manager, Mykhailo, and site crew supervisor, Luis! What sold us on Cobex though was the estimator/sales rep, Julian. He explained the various materials options, the process of the build, pricing expectations and answered questions along the way fast and easy!

Work was professional and roof leak was repaired.
