The communication for a project so big was not what was promised.

The job was done well, but there was a section of my roof that could have been replaced, but that wasn't offered to me. There are three sections on my roof. The middle section, I found out later, should have been replaced, and I wasn't advised about it.

Roof is still leaking bad and having trouble getting them back out !!!

They did a fantastic job completing my roof in one day. They were here from daylight to dark. The crew that installed the roof worked their tails off!

They tried me like they wanted my business! I will refer my friends to Cobex!

Wasn't told repair was completed, no final walk thru of what was completed. Knowing that job was not complete, Cobex wanted full payment.

This company was very easy to do business with and completed quality repairs as scheduled.

The communication, the workers bees that did the roof. They worked their tails off. Roof completed in 1 day! Nick and Nate were very professional!

The work completed was great, the follow up customer service required multiple calls to receiveour recipt.

All involved exceeded at the jobs that they did--sales, explanations inspections, workers adhered to the schedule and picked up so well that one would not know anything was done. I was impressed by the professionalism shown by everyone.

During roofing process someone was supposed to let me know how many boards needed replaced and no one did. When they were done for the day they didn't say a word they just left.

I would only recommend that you DO NOT use Cobex.

It would have been helpful for my contractor to have checked on the crew. I had complaints from neighbors and they crushed a sentimental 12 year old lavender plant. I doubt it’ll come back. They broke a sprinkler pipe below the ground when they drove up on the lawn.

Cobex did an amazing job, they were on time, and they give a very reasonable price.

They gave a $3600 bid after a detailed inspection of roof. When actual workers began work they presented a change order practically doubling actual cost of roof repair .lt appears they low balled bid to get the job. No way to do business. Workers spent a lot of time not actually working on job. Even brought lawn chairs to loaf. No way to engender trust.

Cobex Construction Group is expeditious, and it appears that they're roofing demolition and installation are well done.

Initially, they were very quick to respond and set up an appointment, but after the initial appointment, communication at times was difficult with them.

More communication from work crews regarding if they're done or coming back the next day.

The reps have been in the community for many years and know quite a few other ppl and that says alot.

I was very pleased that they got here at the right time. It was raining heavily, and the roof hasn't leaked, so it is a good start.

Project is taking much longer than expected, communication is terrible, issues with install have moved at a snails pace to be corrected, one is currently 3 weeks in still un resolved and property wont pass inspection until finished.

Really nice experience, especially with project manager, Mykhailo, and site crew supervisor, Luis! What sold us on Cobex though was the estimator/sales rep, Julian. He explained the various materials options, the process of the build, pricing expectations and answered questions along the way fast and easy!

I was. Very pleasantly surprised by the price and quality of the windows.

Experience started out good until we had to replace roof due to bad batch of shingles, after filling out warranty claim heard nothing from anyone for two months. There was no follow up call that they received the claim from Pabco. Had to call the Boise office to see if anything was going to happen since weather was going to be a factor very soon.

The job took 10 weeks longer than we were told. Their attention to detail of finished work wasn't good. They changed the contract without telling us, and they were trying to charge 500 dollars extra for something already included in the original contract I signed. There was a lot of lack of communication about when it would get done and when people would come. We were told to have someone at the house so they could come by. My wife and I took partial days at work waiting for them to come, but no one showed up.

I would recommend Cobex to a friend. Their workers were very professional and did a great job on installation, where it really matters with roofing. The only issue was that during the initial inspection and quote, we asked for the fascia condition to be checked, and any needed replacements identified. We were told no that fascia looked fine, and the fascia replacement was not included in the original contract quote. However, the fascia did need replacement for the areas we had specifically asked about, resulting in a change order during the installation. They did make up for this oversite by crediting us a portion of the cost. Overall, they were very knowledgeable and were able to give us exactly what we wanted within our expected price range.

I got bids from three of the leading roofers in the area and Cobex construction won my bid on price,quality, workmanship is terrific. They cleaned up everything and it all went well thank you Lucas, Michael David, and the whole crew.

We had a new roof installed and we’re very happy with the cleanliness of the site and the workmanship. We also scheduled to have gutters although that did not end up working out as the installers were not able to get to our house in a timely manor

communication was terrible. multiple emails went unanswered. questions and requests unanswered. project manager was almost nonexistent except when he wanted to pick up a check. other than communicating with Olga, it was a very frustrating experience.

I would highly recommend Cobex for any project you are considering. Their professionalism shines.

Cobex Construction Group had incredibly poor communication and organization. The crew that came to complete the roof damaged the gutters and didn't explain what they were doing. They damaged my yard art, but didn't say anything about it. They left nails around the property, and I am still finding stuff. They said the area would look like they hadn't even been there when we were sold the package. We were not satisfied. They did not finish part of the project, and we were supposed to send someone out to fix the gutters because they were installed incorrectly. There is a lack of communication, and it took over a month to finish the project. They left shingles, nails, and a nail gun that has been here since October 30th.

I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family they exceeded all my expectations.

The work was done in a timely and professional manner. Photos were taken before, during and after to show the condition and debris in the valleys which was the cause of the leak and roofing effort

After the team said the fixed the leak and left I saw several tiles that had not been put back correctly. Even though I spent a lot of money to have the valleys also cleaned, a lot of debris (broken/cut tile, nails, moss, etc.) had been left in the main valley in front and also at the base. The team had blown a lot of debris into the gutters that resulted in fully clogging up the main downspout. Also, nails and grease were left on my driveway. I had to go out and pick up all the nails so we would not get a flat tire. They also crushed one of my sprinkler lines. I notified your company immediately and was told a cleanup crew would be here the next day. They did not show up and I was not informed until late that day that they would not be arriving until then next day now which resulted in me wasting a full day off. When the one worker arrived, he notified that the downspout was completely clogged with at least three feet of the pipe blocked and he had to remove the entire downspout from the wall to clean it. Also, when it was reinstalled, it looks to be jammed into the gutter and the mounting bracket was never installed back to support it. After he was done, the quality control worker came and had to still work on issues but said the leak was fixed. That was on Tuesday, November 11 which resulted in me having to take another full day off of work. Late Thursday November 13/Early Friday November 14, the same leak that was supposed to have been fixed as well as a larger leak in the same area happened. A new crew came out and worked on it resulting in me having to take another day off (3rd day). On Sunday, November 16, I found a bunch of nails, screws and broken tile that had washed into the gutter in the area that they had worked on in addition to more broken pieces of tile that were trapped in the spot where the valley meets the gutter. I spent a lot of money to have your company not only fix the leak (which was not done the first time) and also to clean the valleys which was not done correctly due to the amount of material that is coming down from them in the rain. After every rain since job was completed, I am still pulling out nails/screws/pieces of broken tile and moss debris from the gutter so the valleys were not cleaned correctly after I paid a lot of money to have them done.
