Been a disaster with our windows

2nd time using Cobex for a roof project. Friendly staff and did a great job

I highly recommend Cobex because they are company that you can trust from start to finish.

Coned is a very nice company. The workers are polite and do a great job. If they said they were going to be on the site they were here always on time and they worked all day long.

I would be likely to recommend.

Too many issues throughout the process, mostly resolved but wouldn't recomment your company.

There are hundreds of nails sticking through the eves. The wrong size nails were used.

Way TOO many problems

They did my roof, which was great. I have been waiting for four months for them to do my awning, and I paid a $750 deposit. They are good on roofing and bad on everything else.

Only company that went into the attic. On time, answered every question and were friendly and helpful start to finish.

They are not professional in telling you what they are going to do.

I like the people, sales and installers. Very nice polite and good clean up!

Great crew! I've roofed before quite a few times, however they were taught better than me. Very impressed. 1 of the crew siding my house commented that the exact crew roofed her father's house. They were also very impressed.

I have already been telling family and friends about Cobex and will continue to do so every chance I get because I believe in their work and professionalism.

Communication was great. We had issues with the county getting the permit (not the fault of Cobex) and Cobex was very patient while we worked through that issue.

This is the third time I have used them. They were great. Their workers work their hands off when they work.

Our old roof was failing & we were faced with the daunting & stressful task of finding a qualified and dependable roofing company that will likely still be around if any problems arise down the road. After extensive research, we decided on Cobex Construction Group due to their favorable BBB rating & very positive customer reviews. We first met with project consultant Denis Kishchenko and were very impressed with him & the company. Working with Denis and Project Manager Mykhailo Tkachyshyn, as well as Alex, Juan and Tito, was a pleasure. All of these people performed their jobs with professionalism and diligence and kept us informed of timing and progress throughout the job.They arrived on time every day, the job site was kept clean and they effectively addressed all of our needs and concerns along the way . They performed a complete tear off & rebuild in a mere four days! They even kept the neighbors happy by communicating with them & keeping their properties free from debris. I must say I am highly satisfied with how well the process went as well as the beauty of the completed product. Even the city inspector verbally commented on the great workmanship. We are happy to recommend Cobex to anyone desiring a quality roof at a competitive price.Thank you Cobex!

I would recommend for roofing, not as much for the other tasks. Windows, stucco, siding, electrical, etc.

Reuben and his co-worker did an excellent job! And they left the roof, gutters and property spotlessly clean when they finished their work. Both of them have an exemplary work ethic and are a credit to your company.

I wasn't happy with the salesman who didn't communicate that I would have to contact DISH to get service restored and cost me 9 days with no service! His sales tactics were a bit like dealing with a car salesman.

Yes, I sure would recommend them, I had called a few other roofing companies, one of them got back to me quick, I was almost ready to sigh the papers to start the project, then I thought that I would reach out to Cobex to see what they had to offer with pricing they were almost $1000.00 dollars more than the other company, after hearing all the reviews from customers my wife started praying about who to choose to do the work ,the rest is history.

Price was reasonable compared to other bids I received. Jason was easy to work with and explained everything well. Work was scheduled and completed on time. Cleanup was excellent. Left a few bundles of shingles in case they are needed later so they would match.

The Saleman did an excellent job of quoting and describing the job.

Jr. was our contact thru all. There were issues that came up, but were resolved as quickly as possible. The roof is beautiful.

The entire experience was great. They arrived right on time, were friendly and professional. They covered the area around our house with tarps and cleaned up as they went. I've already recommended to a friend getting a roof installed.

Friendly, honest and professional

Coordinator is very unorganized, always in a hurry and checking his watch and phone. Felt like there was always something more important to him. Three neighbors asked about my experience and I was honest, wouldn’t use them in the future. One already went with another roofing company, who worked in the rain.

Outstanding service and job quality. Denis Kishchenko was project consultant and Mykhailo Tkachyshyn was project manager...both made sure everything was done as promised. Very pleased with results.

I am unhappy that there was no discussion ahead of time about the type of gutter guards and how they would be installed. I did not realize that they would be pushed up under my roof line and screwed into the gutter. I thought they would only affect the existing gutters. Now I feel the they have impacted my roof and by raising the edge of the shingles my roof will be susceptible to water infiltration. It was difficult to communicate with the installers. Had I known how they would be installed I would have refused. Also, they used black guards when I have white gutters.

They did check and work to my existing solar tubes. The one man used a translator on his phone which helped but it would have been better if someone else weee there to explain the installation ahead of time. Finally, after they left I found damage to my back deck. There are two deep holes in the brand new Tex decking. I don’t know if it was caused by the power equipment used or the screws used on the gutters. The deck was installed less than 2 weeks ago and the Trex material is not easily damaged so there had to be some force used.
