We first met with project consultant Denis Kishchenko and were very impressed with him & the company. Working with Denis and Project Manager Mykhailo Tkachyshyn, as well as Alex, Juan and Tito, was a pleasure. All of these people performed their jobs with professionalism and diligence and kept us informed of timing and progress throughout the job.They arrived on time every day, the job site was kept clean and they effectively addressed all of our needs and concerns along the way . They performed a complete tear off & rebuild in a mere four days! They even kept the neighbors happy by communicating with them & keeping their properties free from debris. I must say I am highly satisfied with how well the process went as well as the beauty of the completed product. Even the city inspector verbally commented on the great workmanship. I wasn't happy with the salesman who didn't communicate that I would have to contact DISH to get service restored and cost me 9 days with no service! His sales tactics were a bit like dealing with a car salesman.

Yes, I sure would recommend them, I had called a few other roofing companies, one of them got back to me quick, I was almost ready to sigh the papers to start the project, then I thought that I would reach out to Cobex to see what they had to offer with pricing they were almost $1000.00 dollars more than the other company, after hearing all the reviews from customers my wife started praying about who to choose to do the work ,the rest is history.

Coordinator is very unorganized, always in a hurry and checking his watch and phone. Felt like there was always something more important to him. Three neighbors asked about my experience and I was honest, wouldn’t use them in the future. One already went with another roofing company, who worked in the rain.

I am unhappy that there was no discussion ahead of time about the type of gutter guards and how they would be installed. I did not realize that they would be pushed up under my roof line and screwed into the gutter. I thought they would only affect the existing gutters. Now I feel the they have impacted my roof and by raising the edge of the shingles my roof will be susceptible to water infiltration. It was difficult to communicate with the installers. Had I known how they would be installed I would have refused. Also, they used black guards when I have white gutters.

They did check and work to my existing solar tubes. The one man used a translator on his phone which helped but it would have been better if someone else weee there to explain the installation ahead of time. Finally, after they left I found damage to my back deck. There are two deep holes in the brand new Tex decking. I don’t know if it was caused by the power equipment used or the screws used on the gutters. The deck was installed less than 2 weeks ago and the Trex material is not easily damaged so there had to be some force used.

Everything went well. Cobex Construction Group was on time and good. I was happy. Everyone was professional.

Prompt and good quality.

Intra company and client communication needs improvement. I was informed the crew or someone would arrive to fix poor quality repairs only to be a no show and cost me 1/2 wages. To their credit I was partially compensated by a reduction in over inflated repair costs beyond the original contracted price.

Daniel was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was thorough in explaining the process and everything that needed to be done and the steps going forward. Junior was also very professional and helpful with the financing.

I like the salesman he gave me the price that I was looking for then they came in and they stripped my roof off and everything was great and then immediately I got a change order for the exact amount almost that the salesman had taken off in discounts so I didn’t gain anything and I felt it was intentional

The team was very helpful and supportive in answering my questions and offering solutions.

The communication for a project so big was not what was promised.

The job was done well, but there was a section of my roof that could have been replaced, but that wasn't offered to me. There are three sections on my roof. The middle section, I found out later, should have been replaced, and I wasn't advised about it.

Roof is still leaking bad and having trouble getting them back out !!!

They did a fantastic job completing my roof in one day. They were here from daylight to dark. The crew that installed the roof worked their tails off!
