Entire team did an excellent job

Happy with windows overall. But installation damaged woodwork. One window has a broken lock, lots of cleanup after installer left with dried caulking left on windows. Needed to be scraped off.

Everyone we worked with was professional, and knowledgeable throughout the process entire installation process

There were shavings in the rails probably from drilling to secure the frames. Also the screen on the window below the one replaced the screen was damaged. Looks as if the ones removed fell against the screen during removal .

From the sales to installation all was done very professionally. Very happy with our new windows

Windows in 3 seasons room were inefficient. Champion installed new windows and patio door, which greatly improved the liability for me.

I will whole heartedly recommend Champion to anyone I meet. They are professional, prompt, and straight forward. No matter where you go windows are expensive. I know with Champion it is a quality product with quality people and the warranty is untouchable by other companies!

It has nothing to do with the service. It has to do with people we know that need the service that Champion offers. Cannot recommend ice to a person in Alaska in winter. When summer comes, then ice is on the menu. So, that’s why the rating, If we have friends the express the need, then we will recommend. Not going to go door-to-door recommending.
