Everyone we worked with was professional, and knowledgeable throughout the process entire installation process

There were shavings in the rails probably from drilling to secure the frames. Also the screen on the window below the one replaced the screen was damaged. Looks as if the ones removed fell against the screen during removal .

From the sales to installation all was done very professionally. Very happy with our new windows

Windows in 3 seasons room were inefficient. Champion installed new windows and patio door, which greatly improved the liability for me.

It has nothing to do with the service. It has to do with people we know that need the service that Champion offers. Cannot recommend ice to a person in Alaska in winter. When summer comes, then ice is on the menu. So, that’s why the rating, If we have friends the express the need, then we will recommend. Not going to go door-to-door recommending.

Employees have no idea on warranty nor does champion lol customer service did know one I did get someone after 35 minutes waiting

Workman ship was excellent,but they left a skid behind, and tried three times calling to get someone out here to pick it up, they said they would pick it up, but they never show up, so their word stinks.

This is the 4th project I’ve done with Champion. All of the projects went very well.

We thought they were very expensive.

Installers did a great job. Salesman was awesome. Windows made a huge difference in my home;however I was pretty disappointed when I found out the windows are not insulated enough to qualify for a federal tax credit after speaking with customer service.

The entire Champion team was pleasant, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. They promptly responded to all of my questions.
