From beginning of my project to the end was wonderful. I am totally satisified with all of work and staffs.

Austin was great to work with, answered all our questions and stayed late to get things rolling on our windows.

The crew did an excellent job on our patio cover. They were neat, efficient, and went above and beyond to make things smooth and problem free. My only hesitancy to give you a 10 is the price of the project, which I believe to be seriously inflated. I am aware of all the warranty, benefits, etc., but in comparison with other well established construction companies for this type of project, you are still at the highest end.

I love the warranty and the temperature control of the glass. It's in the mid 90s outside but the sunroom stays acceptable cool

Screens are flimsy and difficult to operate

Window came damaged and it’s been over a business week since installation and no one from champion has reached out to us to let us know when this damaged window will be replaced .

Salesman stated that ALL window installers are actual employees of Champion Windows and NOT independent contractors. Our installers were very good BUT are Independent Contractors.

Where do I start, no communication, ordered the windows last August just got the last one installed 4/25, still missing 3 screens

Entire experience was excellent. Price may discourage some people but creative financing helps. Price vs value will be answered in time. We believe we made the right choice!

The people we met were all very knowledgeable and friendly.

Once the windows were FINALLY made, the install was quick. The windows make such a difference in the look of our house inside and out. I’m sure they will lower our heat and air costs. The employees were always friendly, yet professional. The installers did a great job installing and cleaning up.
