Salesman over promised finished product trim replacement concerning replacement of exterior trim around windows.

Screens are flimsy and difficult to operate

Window came damaged and it’s been over a business week since installation and no one from champion has reached out to us to let us know when this damaged window will be replaced .

Salesman stated that ALL window installers are actual employees of Champion Windows and NOT independent contractors. Our installers were very good BUT are Independent Contractors.

Where do I start, no communication, ordered the windows last August just got the last one installed 4/25, still missing 3 screens

Once the windows were FINALLY made, the install was quick. The windows make such a difference in the look of our house inside and out. I’m sure they will lower our heat and air costs. The employees were always friendly, yet professional. The installers did a great job installing and cleaning up.

I'll start by saying Courtney is an absolutely trooper and a very kind person. The Salesman, Russ was more pushy than I care for and didn’t follow up with phone calls like he said he would do. The installers were Perfect. Your contract is questionable. Paying in advance should be abolished. It's a bad practice in my opinion. I had a weak moment and allowed myself to trust. (NEVER AGAIN!!!!!). I'm a senior, recently widowed and Your company had nearly $15,000. Of MY money for 5 months. Your Company made over $300. In interest on my money. I placed my order on August 13th 2025 was told 9-12 weeks till install. The problem with that is my windows weren't actually ordered until October 16th 2025 after I was told they would be ordered after measurement. From August 13th to January 6th 2026. There was a change order in August on a window that I expressly said "I don't want that window replaced" because it was glass blocks and they were fine. As time went on, I called Oklahoma City to follow up. After nearly 12 weeks of waiting, I could NOT get a concrete answer about the progress. In mid-December I called Great Day Improvement and got immediate answers about when they were ordered and when they would ship. Funny thing don't you think. Finally got my windows installed January 6th and 7th 2026. I was overjoyed with the installation. Joe and group of men installing were very friendly, quick and efficient. I do hope the windows and your warranty are as good as I was told. It remains to be seen. Furthermore I'd say your Oklahoma district manager (look him up in my paperwork) Flunked Dale Carnegie. He is not a people person. I'm really put out with him over the final payments and Company Policy / Greed. Especially after this entire scenario from the very beginning. I was not treated well or fairly and I’ll never recommend Champion Windows.

The salesman showed me the difference between regular glass like the one I had and champion glass- actually had me feel the difference. That is what sold me. My new front door glass that was installed is every bit as cold as my old door. Wish I hadn’t made this purchase. I believed the salesperson.

Install crew didn't seem very professional. They overall job was messy. Had to wait a month for someone to come fix it only for him to tell me they would have to come back.

I am very satisfied with the work done by Champion. All appointments were kept and the workers were always on time.

The windows are beautiful and functional, the installation was flawless and fast, the time between purchase and install was only about 5 weeks. The installers were great! I heartily recommend Champion Windows. Nearly forgot, they left my yard and the areas they were working in completely cleaned of debris! Not even a scrap of old putty was left on the ground.

I contacted Champion Window with the belief of advertising buy 2 windows get 2 free. Didn’t happen.. charged for all 4 windows

The company in Ohio that makes your windows needs to clean the manufacturer sealant off before shipping. Customers should not have to spend money and time cleaning off sealant from the windows after spending thousands of dollars.

The project was supposed to take 4-5 days to complete, it took 5 months.

The unit was too expensive for the quality. It took 4 months to even start construction. We had been told it would be up within 2 months.

The crew - Antonio, Hugo, Hose, and Andres - did a wonderful job. They were very professional and worked hard in the Oklahoma heat to get the job done on time and before rain moved in. My house is in showcase condition. I love it.

Took too long/ not done in a timely manner.

Was up to a 15 week wait to start. The instalation took tue days, the rushed the job. Before I signed i pointed out multiple issue. They did correct them but the next day I notice many more.

It took 5 months to get our windows. We had to call about the windows multiple times and got almost no communication from the company.

Installers were great. Windows are great. We ordered a door, they sent the wrong size. We have called a few people and gotten no response as to when the door will be ready. As far as we know, they aren't building it, and we are being charged with it without having it.

This installation was the tenth one.
