Issues with installation

The two gentlemen that came by and did the work was awesome! Very polite, friendly, they both answered all of my questions. They are great. On the next set of windows I want them to do the work

The door lock fall out of the back door. The handle fall off thr front door. And they cut the frame to short on both doors. They also took 5 months to get the doors from manufacturer.

The initial install was not a clean look with the caulking and I had to have them come back. Everybody that saw it said the same thing

My door project has been going on for 9 months now. I've gone through 2 different storms doors due mismeasuring and the 3rd storm door has finally been installed but now it doesn't latch so the project still isn't complete. Customer service has been terrible, nobody talked to me for 7 weeks as I was trying to figure out what is going on with my project. And their products seem expensive for what you get.

It took almost a year to get the job done. Whoever had it dropped the ball and it was quite a hassle. Once things got going again, it was great.

The installers made quick work of the job and thoroughly cleaned up. And of course the windows look great and are very noticeably more energy efficient than the old ones

I told salesman that I saw ad about buy two windows and third was free, but he said I had to buy three to get the deal. I new he was wrong, but bought anyway.I probably paid too much but that was my experience. Everything after that went well and had extra help from your people getting HOA with approval.

The quality is poor. The windows arrived beat up with scratches. They have black markings everywhere. There is yellow insulation residue along the window frames. The screws in the window locks don’t tighten and they move like they’re stripped. The screws have completely come out and the latches have come off! This creates a massive safety concern for the reliability and security of the windows.

There is no way I would recommend Champion

The door is beautiful and just as advertised. Timeliness from sales to installation was communicated well.

Smooth process, from Sales to Install

Project was started last summer, still not completed. Multiple promises that have not been fulfilled. Issues with doors and windows. Terrible customer service and worse response times.

Everyone has been very helpful from sales to installation.

The entire process from the first meeting to the patio doors being installed was done with professional service and constant communication with myself via email, text, and phone calls. The installation crew was excellent and handled everything with care. They also communicated throughout the process with us. Even kept an eye on my son's dog while he was outside.
