Good quality product. Salesman was pleasant , truthful and not pushy. Installers were very pleasant, efficient and cleaned up exceptionally well before leaving. Also, I was notified from order to production to installation.

The products should be higher quality for the pricepoint.

From a no pressure sales experience, to the ease of scheduling and handling payments, to a fast and professional installation, I would highly recommend Champion windows.

We had a great experience with Champion of Denver. Everyone was so friendly and made us feel at ease, and the price was also very good. We didn't have a problem with anybody or anything. Everything went very smooth.

Great windows, little pricey but was able to negotiate price some for doing 4 windows.

One of the window screens had a hole in it the day of install. I find it hard to believe that the installation crew didn’t notice the damage when I noticed it as soon as I came home. When I called to get this resolved I was scheduled for someone to come out and repair the screen.
First scheduled appointment: no call/no show
Second scheduled appointment: no call/ no show.
Third scheduled appointment: no show, got a call the next morning saying he could come over but I told him I had already left for work.
Forth scheduled appointment: a different guy show up as scheduled but couldn’t fix my screen because he didn’t have the screen material. He then suggested that I take the screen to your warehouse and they would fix it. I told him that wasn’t going to happen and that he should take it himself to be repaired, especially after all the missed appointments from Champion. The tech did take the screen back and had it repaired, he also repaired another window with a latching problem.

The hole process was easy and comfortable

My overall experience with Champion of Denver was mixed. The sales representative I worked with was very informative, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process, and I appreciated the time they took to answer my questions and explain the available options.

That being said, I personally felt the overall cost was quite high and not necessarily reflective of the quality or value I expected at that price point. I was also surprised by how long the timeline was from the initial sale to the actual installation.

In my situation, I was under a bit of a time constraint and did not have the opportunity to obtain as many quotes from other companies as I normally would have. If I had more time to compare pricing, quality, and installation timelines, I may have ultimately chosen another company.

Overall, I appreciated the professionalism and helpfulness of the sales representative, but I think Champion could be more competitive when it comes to pricing, overall value, and the amount of time it takes to complete a project.

Everyone we worked with was very polite and professional, the sales team, the installers, and the finance/payment team. I also like the windows, looks and quality.

Sales & operations need to get their act together

The window was broke and still takes a month to get a new one in. Plus no one wants to return calls when a message was left.

It took a long time to get. they said it was ready when you only had haft of the door.

the installers did a great job, they did not leave a mess to clean up after the job was completed.

We had a complete window replacement by Champion in our home 21 years ago and have been so happy with them. At that time, Champion windows seemed priced right and our windows have held up very well. My opinion is that Champion has a lot to be proud of with their products, personnel, and reputation.

Issues with installation

The two gentlemen that came by and did the work was awesome! Very polite, friendly, they both answered all of my questions. They are great. On the next set of windows I want them to do the work

The door lock fall out of the back door. The handle fall off thr front door. And they cut the frame to short on both doors. They also took 5 months to get the doors from manufacturer.

The initial install was not a clean look with the caulking and I had to have them come back. Everybody that saw it said the same thing

My door project has been going on for 9 months now. I've gone through 2 different storms doors due mismeasuring and the 3rd storm door has finally been installed but now it doesn't latch so the project still isn't complete. Customer service has been terrible, nobody talked to me for 7 weeks as I was trying to figure out what is going on with my project. And their products seem expensive for what you get.

It took almost a year to get the job done. Whoever had it dropped the ball and it was quite a hassle. Once things got going again, it was great.

I told salesman that I saw ad about buy two windows and third was free, but he said I had to buy three to get the deal. I new he was wrong, but bought anyway.I probably paid too much but that was my experience. Everything after that went well and had extra help from your people getting HOA with approval.

The quality is poor. The windows arrived beat up with scratches. They have black markings everywhere. There is yellow insulation residue along the window frames. The screws in the window locks don’t tighten and they move like they’re stripped. The screws have completely come out and the latches have come off! This creates a massive safety concern for the reliability and security of the windows.

There is no way I would recommend Champion

The door is beautiful and just as advertised. Timeliness from sales to installation was communicated well.

Smooth process, from Sales to Install

Project was started last summer, still not completed. Multiple promises that have not been fulfilled. Issues with doors and windows. Terrible customer service and worse response times.

I mentioned to a couple neighbors I had Champion windows installed during and right after the install.

Everyone has been very helpful from sales to installation.

The entire process from the first meeting to the patio doors being installed was done with professional service and constant communication with myself via email, text, and phone calls. The installation crew was excellent and handled everything with care. They also communicated throughout the process with us. Even kept an eye on my son's dog while he was outside.

First we liked the person who gave us our estimate. He was kind and and friendly and answered all our questions. The 2 people who put the windows in we’re professional, did a great job in a timely manner and we love our new windows.

I went with a company that I thought was in good standings knew what they were doing, but it all went wrong. It took over 11 months to build a sunroom on a deck that the sales person said they could build on but they could not so they shortened my deck put a landing on it and was supposed to put a 10 x 10 sunroom, which is not a 10 x 10. The communications from the company to me was not done if I wanted to know anything I had to call the sales person or try to get a hold of somebody at the factory in Denver that had no idea what was going on. They did not have a work order at one time. The sales person I think is a lying cheating person telling me that this is done and that’s done and when I called the county, nothing had been submitted then when the building came, it does not fit right it is not a 10 x 10 the screen frames do not match up with the building frame therefore bugs get in and Out the windows were supposed to be double pain. They done single pain within two days condensation set in the company did replace the windows, but the design is still a flaw. I am very disappointed in Champion as it’s supposed to be one of the better companies, but the experience that I had, I would never recommend Champion to anyone.
