I am still waiting for a screen!
I am very happy with the results of my new patio cover
It was the whole package from salesman to installation. The price was right for me. I talked to a neighbor and she might be calling. I think it’s so much better to have a company do the install rather than a contractor or a handyman and I believe I got a very high-end product that will last through eternity.
Customer service issues. The scope of work on the window replacement is not the same as it was under the old ownership. Leaving the customer more work to do.
We also experienced months of delays even though we paid a substantial amount up front. Had a two month delay on window measurements, they lost the original measurements and did not get the color right. Lastly when the windows were finally installed one had the wrong glass, which was later replaced with the correct glass.
Too soon to know.
Great company!
Good quality
The champion worker did an excellent job installing the new back storm door. Thank you!
How easy the process was
Overall went very well. Good communication throughout the order fulfillment and installation process.
Broken window installed without telling me. Reordered window was the wrong size. Had to keep reaching out myself instead of Champion doing its job.
The service is good but the windows came in poor quality. There is a literal fingerprint inside the panes of one of my windows that I can never clean. The install supervisor should be looking at quality before sending guys out with the windows to install. It also might help to install them with the protective film on them instead so they don't get caulk on them during install. Overall nice company because they did send out a service texh to clean my windows and he is ordering some new sashes because of the fingerprint. But they need to work on product quality for what people are paying for their windows.
Pricing was reasonable and the people were great to work with
I likes everything, from the salesman to the installation.
First, improper measurements for one window so couldn’t be installed with others. Second, my kitchen window will not lock - hence improperly installed. Third, I couldn’t get anyone to call me back to correct problem. I was forced to reenroll in order to schedule an appointment.
Everyone was pleasant and professional.
People should shop prices
Installers were efficient and professional. Work area was protected during installation and cleaned after completion.
Too expensive. Damaged door. Payment terms not explained clearly.
When I scheduled an estimate it was two salesmen that showed up and they had high pressure sale tactics. Fast talkers and I wound up spending more money than I wanted to.
Sales presentation was thorough, and the installers were professional and quite efficient.
The process from sales visit to installation went well. Reason not a 10 is at the start I stated I would not commit at the initial sales visit because I was researching multiple companies. A couple of days later a corporate sales rep offered a better price than my original salesman could. I got a good deal for the windows but the original salesman rep lost out on a commission thru no fault of his own.
The sales and installation process was great. Warranty work, however, has been less than desireable. I question whether I want to finish the project we've started.
No high pressure sales. Straight forward information
It took 3 appointments to finally complete my job costing me 2 days out of work. One window never showed up, and 3 windows came in sized completely wrong having to be re-ordered. Several windows did not match as exact replacements (grids) so now I have to worry someday my HOA will have an issue. The final window that had to be reordered for my master bath came in completely different than the original which was a side slide and this one is up/down, again not matching the exterior grid pattern of the original. I voiced my unhappiness with all the errors and my needing to miss an extra day of work requesting some type of credit on my bill. I received no credit.
