Sales presentation was thorough, and the installers were professional and quite efficient.

The process from sales visit to installation went well. Reason not a 10 is at the start I stated I would not commit at the initial sales visit because I was researching multiple companies. A couple of days later a corporate sales rep offered a better price than my original salesman could. I got a good deal for the windows but the original salesman rep lost out on a commission thru no fault of his own.

The sales and installation process was great. Warranty work, however, has been less than desireable. I question whether I want to finish the project we've started.

It took 3 appointments to finally complete my job costing me 2 days out of work. One window never showed up, and 3 windows came in sized completely wrong having to be re-ordered. Several windows did not match as exact replacements (grids) so now I have to worry someday my HOA will have an issue. The final window that had to be reordered for my master bath came in completely different than the original which was a side slide and this one is up/down, again not matching the exterior grid pattern of the original. I voiced my unhappiness with all the errors and my needing to miss an extra day of work requesting some type of credit on my bill. I received no credit.

The entire process from sales to matierals purchase to installation was smooth, professional and delivered a superior product.

Placed an order last year and Champion could not get 2 of my windows measured correctly. Had to wait almost a year for job completion. No management has responded to me to discuss any type of compensation for our many times of having to take time off of work to meet crew with incorrect window fit.

Our experience overall was positive. The windows are very good quality and the install was very professionally done.

The product is good. The windows are good windows, but the promise of their warranty is false.

Quality control is a joke! I would not recommend. Screens did not fit. Seams are not smooth. There is a gap where the vinyl is too short to reach the corner properly. I can see the insulation. I've had them out once already for the screens, now I have to make more time for them to replace at least 2 brand new windows that I know the installer had to have seen weren't made properly as the bracing screw was right next to the gap! It's interesting also that when you read the reviews, Champion only responds to positive reviews. I've tried to give grace but having another issue arise that should have been noticed prior to installation warrants a 1 star or lower rating.

While my order was very expensive which did not surprise me for the custom size and special requirements, I don't know how affordable it would be for more standard installations..would like to have more knowledge of that level of pricing before recommending through the newspaper I own that covers 10,000 square miles of territory

After 2 failed installs, and no one responding to my complaint submitted through Champion, and the project still not completed, I, in good conscience could not recommend Champion to anyone.

I liked my salesman, and I liked my installers. All were great, the service, any questions I had were answered. They all did an awesome job.

Happy with the service regarding new window installation but had significant issues with the warranty department.

Lied too and disrespected. Numerous issues immediately after install. Customer service is a joke.

Have a preferred name slot in your records. Pretty much every time someone new talked to me I was dead named. My primary contact was fine about using my preferred name but I shouldn't have had to endure it from everyone else. It was very unprofessional and no one ever properly apologized for doing it. It shows a distinct lack of understanding company wide about how important this is to a trans person. It also is incredibly easy to fix by just having your system programmed to put preferred name above legal name in priority in any of your correspondence. Plenty of companies have zero issue with this in my experience and you all struggled consistently despite my repeated communication about it

They were extremely professional a timely. The quality of work they exhibited while installing my door was amazing. They were in and out in under 3 hours and our door looks amazing!

The salesman Nick Tada was very knowledgeable and had his proof of window worthiness. The crew was very respectful when installing my new windows.

Not what I expected. They didn't show us that the windows have to be manually lifted out and removed to clean them. These are too big for for elderly or weak people. Can't clean windows without removing them completely from frame.

I was super happy with the sales pitch. Brandon worked to get us the price that we said we had to be at but then weeks after we ordered, he notified us to let us know that he didn’t know they weren’t selling the storm doors that we wanted and the price was going to go up pretty substantially and happened to be what he originally quoted and we said no to. He said we couldn’t cancel because we had already ordered but the order did not start until we signed change order. Now we don’t have storm
Doors at all. Installers also left the frame around door with exposed nails and definitely did not look like a finished installation.

Champion is not transparent on the costs of anything.

Well, let's start with the fact I don't have the correct door. Then consider that even though that was your error, it is still going to take just as long to get the correct door as it took for the incorrect one. I would think you would want to correct the error as quickly as possible.

Rich, your salesperson was great to work with. And the guys who put the windows in did a fantastic job.

It has been over 2 and a half years and I STILL do not have my screens fir my windows that open, so I have not been able to open them at all! The sliding door came in scratched and imperfect in the glass, I have been waiting for a new one as well.

Issue persist and I have no clear resolution. I’m concerned about the overspray, chipped areas on outside of window, broken parts and the team may have scratched the glass trying to get the overspray paint off the window. Disappointed that I have raised this and have no clear path to resolve…and you have every penny of my money. I’m prepared to take significant next steps if I’m not contacted in short order with an acceptable plan to cure the deficiencies.

The install was great but the making of the actual windows sucked. Several have to be replaced because of scratches in the inside panes

I appreciate the installation team completing the job in one visit. The timing was perfect for the party I’m having this weekend!

Very nice young man, John, was here most of the day as the two small basement windows had to have (old!) iron bars taken off of very small windows on the basement level. Some additional service came to bring some items. A larger kitchen window
was easier and wonderful to have that window easier to slide open & closing. (Not yet however!) I only have 5 other windows
in this house and they were done by Champion quite a few years ago. Sarah and I are very pleased and thank you very much.

The windows are ok, but the installation process is abysmal. After multiple issues, it took a year to finally have windows installed correctly.

Fast, friendly, made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way.

The whole process was friendly and professional.

Champion promised to install noise reduction glass and said the street noise would not be audible.
The noise is still loud and horrible.The windows were extremely expensive , I feel like I was taken advantage of.
i was going to go with Window World but they promised a better window.

Setup appointment for installation on the phone for 8AM. Got an email for 8:30-10:30. Guys didn't get here till 11:30AM. A two hour window that they couldn't hit... I have 3 more windows and 2 more doors that need installed. I will go with another company. Wouldn't recommend to anyone
