A couple of the windows were made to the wrong size but the installers didn't realize it until they already took out 2 of the windows and broke a window sill. They had to put in the ones that were the wrong size so we wouldn't be left with nothing in the 1 room, and then had to have new ones made. They did not install the windows for the other rooms or shutters that were made correctly; said they had to cancel the whole order. So we had to wait another several weeks for new windows to be made while having 2 of the incorrect size that looked horrible from the outside. In addition, we had to move our furniture back and hang our window treatments up again, only to take them down for a 2nd time when the new order was ready. I requested some type of discount or something showing that Champion was sorry for the inconvenience we were caused, but the sales person and the install manager were actually pretty rude; they seemed offended that I even asked. I understand that mistakes happen, but the windows were measured multiple times and for a company as big as Champion, it seems that they could have done a little something if they wanted to earn our business back in the future. I guess we are just not that important. Once the new windows were finally in and installed, everything went great, so we are happy with the product itself and the 2nd set of installers, just not necessarily the customer service we received from management.
The salesman wasn’t pushy and answered our questions. He was professional. The installers were awesome. They took everything away and cleaned up their mess. They were respectful to our house and made sure it looked just right before they left. They were always telling us what was going on and how things were going. The text to let us know that the windows were being made and when they were finished were unexpected. Then when we got the call to install we were fortunate enough to have them installed the next day after they were made. Everything was great.
The two young men that did my windows were very polite and did a good job. Their names were Jamey and Brad.
The product itself is wonderful! I love the windows! Even with the western hot sun bearing down on the space, it is quite comfortable. The sunroom is such an improvement to the deteriorating screened porch that I had before. I love having an actual roof that isn't corrugated metal. However, communication was an issue and should be a focus of improvement going forward.
Broken window, wrong size window, improperly assembled window. Required me to take three different days off for scheduled install attempts.
Team leader was approachable, explained what would happen as each window was placed. Provided quality customer service.

I live in my childhood home that has Champion windows my parents had installed years ago. Unfortunately a couple windows have a foggy appearance and a couple screens need replaced and Champion would not honor their lifetime warranty since the original contract (that I have) is in my fathers name and not mine even after I spent an additional 24k on siding. Now I know when I pass this house on to my daughter, Champion WONT be there for her if she needs anything

Offer 24 month installment payment plan. I was told that a 12 month plan was only available. Other companies offer the 24 month plan.
The sales and installation process was a good experience. However, the follow up and customer service has been a significant disappointment and little to no communications
During the installation I reached out to customer service twice and never received a follow up call. However, I received a half dozen calls for final payment. Due to poor workmanship I hired my contractor to finish the work.
Happy with the product so far, not with the installation process.
I like the features about all the windows. The price was right. I love my new windows.
I think your prices are expensive
The Laundry Room window was made too large and needed to be remade resulting in a 4 week delay in finishing the job. The replacement window lower section tilt mechanisms are notably malformed and must be replaced, resulting in another 5-6 week delay in finishing the job.
Quality service and windows.
Company is easy to work with, installers were friendly and showed respect to my home.Cleaned up after their job. These windows and doors are garrenteed for a life time, so what do you have to lose.
